I strongly recommend Europe Removal & Storage Ltd company. You won't get this service anywhere else. From first contact, I spoke with Brian who did a video call to survey what we had. He then sent a quote. After a few days, we agreed on a price that was reasonable and fair. The day before the move, I had several calls from customer service briefing me on what to expect, another video call to ensure they would send the right truck and then the guys arrived in time. They did a very professional job with the utmost efficiency. The two guys were patient, they protected every item with wraps, disassembled and assembled everything. The two men were very courteous and just nice people to work with. Please use this company and you will be satisfied. We're very happy we did. Thank you so much Europe Removals. Most pathetic experience with this…
Most pathetic experience with this company!! They are a bunch of racists. They gave us a quotation committing 8 crew members and special packing service however the first day they sent only 2 ppl. Which meant most of the packing wasn’t done and there was a lot of stress on our completion date where we had to vacate the property by 12ish. The person told me on the phone that they would send more ppl and trucks next day to make up for the work that wasn’t completed first day. We didn’t ask them for any extras. The second day they bought old used cartons , which had other ppls labels written and many of them even said weak cartons. The guys specially the person Ifti/Iftikhar was highly rude. After causing a lot of stress last minute and not even packing the stuff properly , just shoving it in the carton they left our property at almost 4pm. I told them I would pay by credit card which was mentioned in their initial quotation but later once we paid the deposit they changed their terms and asked for cash payment only. When I spoke to the supervisor he started blaming me that I told the guys to pack one cushion per carton and when I said I didn’t wanna use flimsy used cartons he said blatantly that im a liar. Anyways I paid them. The next day when I told the supervisor that my expensive curtain box was left open and insects were crawling on it he first said he would get back to me the next day when in office. After a while he called me and abused me really badly. He used extremely bad words for me and my husband. It was most atrocious language and I was shocked how someone can speak like this. He was like why are u calling on my personal no even though I didn’t call. Hes the one who called me twice. WEven though I had be n communicating with him on the same number for quotes and all. He was really very abusive and passing racist comments. When I called their office no the people shut the phone on my face saying they don’t have time and to email them. Really pathetic service! I wish I hadn’t used them. They mis commit and then get you to sign a completely different terms and conditions on the day of the move. They don’t share these conditions before u pay them the deposit. Instead they said I should have asked for the terms and conditions earlier. My understanding was that the terms would be the same as per the quote. But they trap u on the day of the move specially if you’re moving homes and in the process of completion. My
Quote said 8 wardrobe boxes but the terms and conditions given later said no wardrobe boxes. We were committed eight people but they sent only two on the first day. Pls don’t use them at all!
Reply to their answer: Absolutely wrong what they’re saying! I was not committed two ppl for packing services. Neither was it 80 boxes or 3 trucks. The supervisor came to our place, saw everything & everything was discussed. If they later back out to what was committed that was not my problem. I had other quotes which committed 5 ppl each day, with unlimited boxes , all curtain removals. I was told there would be special protection which I paid for but never got it. My pots and pans were literally thrown without any wrapping and got scratches. My curtain boxes wasn’t even covered. The carton is full of insects now. They bought old cartons which were flimsy and weak and I clearly early told them that I need new ones as I had expensive items to be packed. It is an absolute lie that the property was empty at 12. I have camera recordings in my house when the house was emptied. Moreover I was told that one or two trucks would do the loading & unloading one day before but that didn’t happen. Packing wasn’t complete the first day which is why they sent more ppl the next day. The workers clearly admitted that was their mistake. We didn’t ask for morIt’s a blatant lie that we told them to pack one item in one box. I asked the workers if anyone of us said that and they said no none of us said it. Moreover the supervisor that you’re talking about first told me that he’s off which obviously I didn’t know and that he would contact me next day. I said ok that’s fine but he called me back again & started abusing me & my husband frantically. He said stuff like I’m my husbands slave, used filthy language for a woman. I never made any remarks till he provoked me. Your reply is full of lies and wrong information. The terms and conditions were sent to us after making the deposit. They completely changed to what they were before. There were no wardrobe boxes in terms& conditions,exorbitant extra charges for extra truck which wasn’t our fault when only 2 ppl were sent first day & they knew we have a completion to do.Everytime I call their office to speak to a senior person they talk very rudely. I have call recordings & I will hold them accountable for the wrong information & abusive language. They keep saying supervisor will call me but haven’t still

We take all customer concerns seriously and have carefully reviewed your comments alongside the service records, communication logs, and staff reports related to your move. While we regret that you were dissatisfied, we would like to address several important points and clarify some misunderstandings:
Service Summary
Your move was thoroughly planned to follow a professional survey conducted on 24th June who has 17 years of experience in surveying the properties. Based on the items shown during the survey, you were quoted for:
• 3 trucks
• 8 crew members (2 packers for Day 1 Packing service and 6 movers for Day 2 moving)
• 80 packing boxes
• Full dismantling, reassembly, and configuration services
This plan was followed as agreed. On the packing day, two experienced packers arrived and began working with the agreed materials. During the process, you requested that items be packed individually, which significantly increased the total number of boxes from the agreed 80 to more than 200. Despite this, our team continued the work professionally.
On the moving day, the scope of work changed. Several additional items (including outdoor and garden contents) that were originally excluded were added at your request. In response, we allocated 6 trucks to accommodate the increased volume double what was originally scheduled.
Despite these changes, our team ensured the move was completed and that the property was vacated by the 12 p.m. deadline.
Payment Terms
Regarding your concerns about the payment method: our terms and conditions are present on our website, and we sent to every customer. These documents clearly state that if a final balance is to be paid by card, it must be done at least 5 days before the moving date. This was communicated in writing on 27th June 2025, and we are happy to provide a record of that correspondence if needed.
Staff Conduct & Allegations
During and after your move, multiple staff members reported receiving abusive calls from your number, including racially inappropriate and threatening language. This includes communications with our operations manager, who was off duty at the time and was subjected to unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
Additional Work & Goodwill
We also performed several tasks beyond the original agreement including moving additional items and assisting with curtain removal out of goodwill and without extra charges. Despite this, our team was met with hostility and verbal abuse throughout the process, which is unacceptable under any circumstances. We support our staff’s right to work in a safe, respectful environment.
Outstanding Invoice
As of this response, there is an outstanding balance related to your move.
On the day of the move, there were 3 supervisors, and 8 crew members present, all with multiple years of experience up to 10 to 15 years in the removals industry. Everyone worked hard to ensure the move went smoothly. If anyone requires proof of this, we would be happy to provide it.
We always aim to deliver a smooth, professional, and respectful service, and we regret that this experience did not end positively. However, we firmly stand by the conduct of our team and the effort they put in to complete your move under changing conditions and significant pressure.

Excellent Service
The Removal men were outstanding and didn't hesitate to meet all our requirements and more. We'd given them the only set of keys to our new home as we had to finish clearing up our old home. I forgot to ask for their return and they bought them back that same evening which required a total return journey of over 100 miles. If you're looking for removal firm LOOK NO FURTHER.
