The team worked tirelessly in hot temperatures to move everything in good time and were really helpful in helping get heavier items positioned

Very lovely guys , so efficient and took care of with everything - highly recommend!

Mohammed, Zaheem and Nadeem were hard working, careful and very respectful of my parents belongings.
They patiently waited for us to get the keys and were super-quick with loading and unloading!!
We thoroughly recommend them for your move!

Phoned day before to give us a plan for the move. Turned up when said they would and very efficient with the move.

Very helpful!
They are very understanding and helpful and accommodating. I would definutely recommend them. They understand the stress of moving and provide as much assistance as possible.
Very happy with their service and dedication.
They helped us even to set up our parasol in the patio. Very glad.

Excellent service, very hard working guys.. did the whole removal activity in 3 hours.. highly recommended 👍🏻

I had some doubts after reading some reviews but on the day the day the team were amazing.
No issues at all.
Would recommend.

We recently used this removal company for a two-day move and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and care throughout the entire process. The team worked tirelessly and handled our belongings with great attention and respect. I would happily recommend their services to others.

My only suggestion for improvement would be a courtesy call the day before to confirm timings and go over the plan for the day — this would have helped with preparation and peace of mind.

Overall, an excellent service and a job very well done.

Excellent team. Polite, Helpful and hard working. Very reasonable priced and very professional. If you need to move, I’d recommend these guys highly.

We moved over two days and 6 truckloads. The guys were smiling and polite and helpful the entire time.

Thanks so much Mohammed and team.

One of the best house removal company
Thanks David and team

Amazing service! This has been a very smooth move for us! They came on time, very efficient and fast. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again for sure!

Awful experience with ‘Andy’ probably not his name, the office manager. I agreed a service and a price and paid a deposit based upon our agreement. Several days before my move, Andy informed me that he was not prepared to honour our agreement. He increased his price and was not prepared to the supply of an extra van and manpower previously agreed. Due to the late change of terms and conditions, it was extremely difficult to make up the shortfall. If you value integrity and professionalism in your dealings, especially when it comes to trust in a house moving partner then do not risk using this company.

Where can I start! These guys were amazing - so quick and professional. They were all so patient when we had a delay.

The guys headed by Amir worked really hard and waited like troopers which really helped when a banking issue delayed our completion. Everything delivered as expected!

I booked Europe Removals & Storage Limited to move from Surrey to Hampshire. Ali & his team were fantastic, they arrived on time, good humoured with the wait for completion.
The whole move was professional and relatively stress free. All furnishings arrived intact, no breakages and no damage. I have no hesitation in recommending them, the price was as agreed at initial consultation, In comparison to other quotes, I found their charges to be fair. The team were hard working and lovely to deal with.

Absolutely appalling service and very unprofessional. They attended my house to do a pre survey to see how many items I had to be removed. Once all was agreed I paid a deposit and the balance was to be paid on the day of removal. On the day of removal three gentlemen turned up to my house in a small van which was no way going to be able to hold all the items that I needed removing. So it was decided that they would have to make two trips. As the van was small they tightly packed the van which meant several items got damaged and broken they even managed to loose one foot of shoes. All through the move the guys were asking for extra money nothing to do with the company they said which I thought was very unprofessional. I called the company a few days later to advise them about the damaged items and the loss of a shoe, they advised that they would look into it and get back to me three weeks have passed and I’ve heard nothing from them. The person that attended to do the pre service advised that they would provide a good service and our items would wrapped and moved safely this was so not the case, as they turned up in a small van and tried to squeeze everything in. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to think again. My solicitor advised that my damaged items should have been covered by their insurance as advertised on their website, this has not been the case awful company

Great service provided by these guys. Couldn’t have asked them to be anymore helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to my friends and family.

Thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic service! Khan and Ali took such care with my father in laws belongings, we’re so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Europe Removals & Storage for any house move.
