I moved with Europe Removal and Storage Ltd
2 weeks ago. The whole process was quick and very efficient. A lovely team who were very kind considerate and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service by Ajmal, Zaheem and team. They were prompt on time, moved things with great care and also were more than happy to help along in whichever way they can.

Our move got a little complicated with a fairly late completion time, but the guys stayed on till late to make sure the job was done well.

The move was very smooth and completed as planned. The staffs were professional and friendly, clearly assessed all the items before move.

It was all arranged for my removal on 28 October 2024 that the truck would turn up at 0900 hours and the company rang and reconfirmed the time, date etc on the afternoon of 27 October 24. On the day itself 2 people from the Europe Removal and Storage removal company phoned to ask if I was flexible with the moving date. This move is based on a completion purchase/sale and I reiterated that I had to move out between midday and 1 pm… otherwise I was in breach of contract. The company phoned a few times to say they would be with me at 1000 am then 1130 am then by midday with excuses of traffic problems, truck breakdown…. My lawyers urged me to leave the house asap as I would be in breach… I had to call another company who arrived immediately with 2 trucks and several men. Europe Removal & Storage arrived eventually at 1245 noon by which time we were almost on our way out. There were no apologies but excuses after excuses.

I would never recommend this company. It is stressful enough moving out and moving in without being messed about irresponsibly and no accountability.

Excellent service from Europe removals from the initial video survey to the move itself, arrived on time, put my mind at ease and were super professional team were very friendly, polite and always asked if unsure of where boxes were to go.
They also double checked before leaving that the heavier items of furniture were in the correct orientations in the various rooms
If we move again I would use them without a second thought

I was very stressed for moving my house but i am extremely happy and thankful to Europe Removals who made it a peace of cake for me. The company was friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. They arrived early, loaded the van quickly, and brought extra materials to pack. Mr Amir was very polite, thorough, respectful , efficient and detailed-minded.

Both when we returned to my house and when we moved out to a leased apartment, we had first-rate service.Khan and his associates were extremely kind and productive.They completed the move quickly, with little interruption, and without causing any harm.They shared their food with us and were a very kind team.They are reasonably priced, and I heartily suggest them.

This company are appalling - please please do not use them. I did a detailed video call with where I showed everything in our home, including the inside of all cupboards. We are tidy, minimalists and yet they sent a van half the size we needed on the day and nowhere near enough packing materials. This left us with no choice but to pay an additional £550 in cash for a second van which did not arrive until after our house sale had completed- meaning we were breaking the law by still being in the property.

We had paid to have our stuff packed as we have a toddler and I mentioned in advance of moving day I was concerned that there wouldn’t be enough time in the morning for them to pack everything and asked if they could please come at 7am but they in fact arrived at 8:45. They didn’t send enough boxes so I ended up going round local shops to collate boxes on the day and packing up lots of the stuff myself as once their staff went for lunch I discovered cutlery drawers, kitchen shelves and a bathroom cupboard still full that they hadn’t packed. They threw the majority of our stuff into bin bags with categories all mixed together instead of packing it in boxes which was a nightmare to organise at the other end. Our sideboard got broken and a number of smaller items damaged. Not the service you expect if paying for professional packing.

After all this, they refused to leave the property until my husband paid an additional £300 as a tip ontop of what had already been paid. The main point of contact was intimidating and pushy, and we felt bullied. This company assessed and quoted the job yet we ended up being forced to pay almost double the original quote on the day. Most of which they insisted was given in cash which felt very dodgy.

When my husband and I sent polite emails to the management about our experience the following week asking to discuss what had happened all emails went ignored for 2 weeks now. A thoroughly upsetting experience.

I would especially avoid this company if you are a woman or older person moving on your own or with children as it’s frightening to have men refuse to leave your house late at night until you make a large payment. My husband made the payment as we felt we had no choice with a distressed young toddler who needed to get to bed after an unnecessarily long and difficult day but the fact the management haven’t even acknowledged our complaint since is shocking. There is zero aftercare once they have your money.

Despite us doing everything we could to inform them of what needed moving, they grossly underestimated the size of van needed. This led to the final price being double the original quote. I strongly suspect they did this intentionally - lured us in with a great quote and then knew they could charge us extra once we were reliant on them. Have emailed them multiple times since the move and been ignored.

Do not trust this company!

It was an incredible relief to be able to not worry,these guys took away all the stress, packed boxes for us, did everything super quick, and we're amazing value for money.. Highly recommended

We found this company to be very unprofessional and they made our house move very stressful. We used them for a local move in London SW16, from a 3-bed house in July 2024 (a 2-day service, which was supposed to be 1 day for packing & 1 day for the move).

In summary:
- They underestimated the job, even though they did an on-site survey and so could see exactly what needed to be moved. As a result, they ran out of boxes on day 1 and there was not enough space on the trucks to complete the move on day 2 (I had to do several car trips myself to finish up).
- Their "packing service" is slap dash and completely unprofessional. The packing wasn't even completed, with cupboards left unpacked that I had to do myself. They dropped expensive items (damaging kitchen flooring), failed to properly pack items like a computer screen (which was just chucked unwrapped in a box alongside other items). I could go on with many more examples of the poor packing.
- On day 1, they arrived late and only worked 3.5 hours - stopping when they ran out of boxes! On day 2, they didn’t start at the time agreed and then of course they weren't finished by 5pm and so demanded more money to finish the job! I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra if they had actually worked the full two days properly as agreed, but they didn’t and their attitude was rude.
- Most of the guys doing the move had very poor spoken English – which was not helpful when doing a stressful family house move.
- I have been waiting two months for a response to a complaint I lodged with them. They haven't even bothered to reply, which only confirms my opinion which is they are a very unprofessional removals company that are best avoided.

Part 2 of the review 20/8/24

so they start to unload the van, with me standing at the front door and directing them to which room is which etc.. despite this, we ended up with items all over the place, then they just started to put items into the garden as time wore on to around 9pm. At this point was was really pissed off. One of the team walked in with one of our surround sound speakers, missing the speakers foot, i ask where it was and was told it was like this, despite the fact myself and my son dismantled it at 10am that morning. So i replied and said it wasn't only to be kept being told i was incorrect. The same with my work desk that has a connecting bar, which i was told it did not, despite the fact i built it and the instructions were in the drawer of the desk! This caused a blazing row as i had had enough. They then preceded to break a garden table, Storage box, steal/lose a Blue Ray DVD Cinema System, Break my Desk and wrongly re-assemble 2 beds, breaking them both, causing over £2,000 in damage and charged me £625 for the privilege, So a £1340 job, cost me £2400. I called the following day to complain and was told they were extremely busy, and would hear back, called again the next day, same thing, to finally meet Efti the Ops Manager, who told me the same to which i replied "i could not care how busy you are" his reply was "well we could not care about you" so i told him, i will be reporting him to the HMRC, for me being forced to pay in cash and not being provided a receipt, the £625 was then paid into a personal account. He told me "do it". We spoke a few days later and i decided, enemies closer, as i want compensation, so i played ball, however did say if i did not hear back by Friday (last week) i would proceed with a CCJ against the business. Efti replied "well you have to prove we did the job, which you cannot as we have the contract, so goodluck" well well well Efti you silly boy, I have CCTV and had you all on camera, so guess who wins there? I wanted £800 as a minimum, however was so desperate to write a review to save anyone else being screwed i settled on £500. Want my advice, pay peanuts, get monkeys, couldn't be more fitting than with these absolute fraudsters.

oh where do I start? I have been waiting patiently for 3 weeks to write this review, but firstly wanted to make sure i was given the compensation you rightly owe me before doing so, Mumma didn't raise no fool!

So we moved with Europe Storage and removal on 20th August, We did a Video Tour prior to moving and was told we would be provided with 2 5.5t trucks and 3 staff. I asked if they felt that was enough as we have a lot of stuff and was told numerous times, yes it will be fine. We dealt with Annie and was quoted £1,340, this included 80 boxes.

The team turned up on Tuesday morning promptly at 09:00am in total 4 men with 2 vans as told, however they had a 5.5t and a 3.5t, straight away i said to Ali, the supervisor that it would not be enough, Nonchalantly he told me not to worry "he would look after me" did he heck I was then given paperwork to sign that in the small print stated that if they had to do another trip as they did not have enough space, i would be charged 70% of the initial price quoted, so i refused, called the office and argued my case, only for Annie to say she would get back to me, which she did, only when i called again 2 hours later. I then asked Ali to start packing from our Log Cabin, Garden Furniture and Shed as we had moved a number of our belongings from upstairs to downstairs to leave us space and also to make things easier for them, again i was dismissed and told they will start up stairs, despite my preference as it allowed us to finish what was left upstairs to pack, such as electricals and a few things we could not get to beforehand, however he was insistent on starting upstairs. He then pressured my wife into signing the contract and then took the contract and did not leave us a copy.

So they begin to pack and everything seemed ok, despite the fact their personal hygiene being less than desirable, maybe investing in a few cans of Lynx Africa would be useful for them. They then asked us for black bags, in which rather than doing what we had been doing, which was putting our belongings into boxes and labelling them with colour coded and written tags, such as "living room" they started throwing what was left in each room in black bags, never going to end well is it? mid-afternoon my wife asked if they would like anything from the shop, most normal work people would say yes, i'd love a drink, not this delightful lot! they gave her a list, a LIST of chocolate, snacks, painkillers and drinks for them 4 greedy sods, totalling more than £20. come 1:30, i am then asked to start loading items into my car as they do not have enough room, I refused as i had 2 cats and a dog plus other items loaded, so they said we needed another van. I said well this is your problem, i told you this earlier, however they refused and told me it would be £450 for another van. I refused and said at most i would pay £200, my wife however stressed enough as it is urged me to do it, so i reluctantly agreed to pay another £380 for another van.

I was then asked by Ali to get Cash out for the job, i again asked why and he said that is how they receive payment, despite charging VAT. I said i can transfer to the business account and he was adamant that he had to be cash. So i headed off to the bank to do this on moving day. Whilst gone, after having some Pepe's Chicken, the snacks and drink my wife paid for, they then proceeded to pray in our neighbours front garden, Now i have nothing wrong with anyone's religious beliefs, however we are now pushing 3pm, they've had a break that we paid for and now the cheeky sods are taking another time out and having a pray?

I returned around 3pm, the team had just finished packing and left our property at approximately 3.30/3.45pm. Ali and the team must have been travelling in a truck with F1 engines in, as he believe he made the journey in around 1 hour, a 75 mile journey in a limited 56mph truck, when it took me 1hr 25 minutes travelling at 80mph? defying logic right?

Due to nightmares also with the conveyancing and purchased, we left our old home at 5pm and arrived at our new home at 7pm, after collecting the keys etc.. We started unloading our car and getting the animals out only for Ali to pull me demanding he needed payment before unloading, so rather annoyed but just wanting to get rid of them and everything in the house, i agreed, i even gave them £100 tip, only for the cheeky so and so, after counting the money twice decided to tell me "oh by the way sir, from 5pm it's £125 overtime" yes you are not misreading this, they then started charging me £125 for every hour, despite them not leaving our property after finishing packing until 3.30, 1.5hours travel and then waiting a while. i will have to continue this post on a 2nd review, as i do not have enough characters to complete.

It was ok the guys were very patient and polite

Europe Removal contacted me through a comparision site I had used to get quotes for my move from Basingstoke to Aylesbury. Ali from the office kept following up periodically without being overbearing.
I hadn't heard of this company before, but their quote was very competitive and I decided to go with them for a full packing and moving service.
2 guys came a day before the move and packed most of my stuff into boxes. On the day of the move, a team of 5 guys came at 8am and started packing and loading everything into the vans with great speed and efficiency. The guys knew what they were doing. They expertly dismantled my furniture, wrapped it and loaded into the vans. All I had to do was to stay out of the way and let them do everything. The guys were done sooner than I has expected. They then waited while I cleaned the place before heading off to the new place.
Once I had the keys to the new place, they reassembled the furniture and left the boxes in the appropriate rooms for me to unpack.
Very impressed with the team. All my stuff was moved with 0 damage. Thanks you!

The team did a great job on our move. The guys worked tirelessly all day, got everything packed up, moved and unpacked. No complaints at all, wonderful service and competitive pricing.
