The design process is quite thorough and production doesn't start until it's approved by you. We opted for the standard gazebo frame, which is good quality and sturdy. The fabric feels very durable and we're very pleased with the print quality of our design.

I recently ordered a branded gazebo for our rugby club from Event Branding UK. The design and product itself is excellent - the build quality is very good and the finished product looks fantastic.

However, we did experience quiet a few issues.

Firstly, the incorrect gazebo frame was initially sent. We had ordered the upgraded heavy-duty frame, but received the standard frame instead.

Secondly, unfortunately the delivery experience with their courier (Parcelforce) was extremely poor and overshadowed what should have been a straightforward order.

Across multiple consignments we experienced:

Parcels incorrectly marked as “refused”.

Items held at the depot for over two weeks despite being sent via Express24.

Parcels returned to sender due to supposed addressing issues (the address was correct).

A promised redelivery via FedEx that ultimately still arrived through Parcelforce.

The final delivery left outside in the rain despite tracking stating it had been placed “inside porch”.

This resulted in significant delays and unnecessary time spent trying to resolve issues via Event Branding UK and Parcelforce.

To be fair to Event Branding UK, Naomi did try to assist and even refunded the delivery charges, which I appreciate. However, the courier issues were persistent enough that it did impact our operational planning and took up a lot of time to try and get a resolution.

They have been extremely helpful they’ve done everything I have asked for all very friendly & approachable

We needed a replacement part . I contacted them on Friday afternoon and it was dispatched and arrived Tuesday morning - excellent service

Responsive, great designs, adjusted to our requests, great product and great quality, quick delivery.

Incredibly easy to get what you want. A couple of e mails back and forth with lovely Hannah and job done. A branded gazebo with sides, table cover, flag and a pull up, done, dusted and delivered within a week.
Very highly recommended to anyone thinking about such items.

Great help and adjustments during the design process of my custom gazebo, accommodating and meeting all requested changes, with good communication throughout the process. Once the order was placed it was confirmed and put into production very quick and received my custom gazebo faster than expected.
The design and print on the fabric for the gazebo exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with it and it looks brilliant. Also support with questions asked after receiving the gazebo were promptly responded to.
I'll be sure to use Event Branding again in the future when I need their services.

What a service Hannah gave being a bit older I get a little confused about ordering from the internet but the whole service was handled expertly taking me through stage by stage to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything and I was the quality is superb the artwork fantastic and the service exceptional,Im sure poor Hannah must be on ca 24/7 definitely recommend 👍

I saw Event Branding on a social media site and decided to have a look at what they can offer our club. I followed the simple instructions for what id like to have on the flag, very soon after a few emails with the team I had several great designs to choose from. I was able to see how the design would look and with ease EB could alter the design to suit. Very good communications from EB. I took receipt of the flag today and am extremely happy with it. Good thick material, solid spike for the ground and great design. All in all I would definitely use EB again and be sure to recommend to others. Its been a great easy process. Absolutely brilliant business, quality of their work is outstanding( I would know with me ordering a lot.) The customer service on top of that is brilliant, delivery time is aimed to be within 24hours of postage, production time is really quick and reliable and design team will always lend a hand if you ever need it. After initial phone conversation, the design was started after a few drafts the final design was agreed.
Delivered after a few days by Royal Mail.
The flag banner was excellent and assembly very easy.
