After initial phone conversation, the design was started after a few drafts the final design was agreed.
Delivered after a few days by Royal Mail.
The flag banner was excellent and assembly very easy.

I ordered a table cover to fit my 6ft table, it arrived and what fantastic quality and my logo looks bright and clear. Very happy thank you!

I was late ordering prior to Christmas on the 16th of December
a double sided feather flag. they told me they could not promise it would be done before Christmas and the date would normally have been the 6th of January but low and behold it turned up prior to Christmas. Service was above and beyond.

Event Branding were very attentive and let me change their designs as much as I needed to to create exactly what I wanted even suggesting a handful of different designs initially for me to work off, they got back to me quickly throughout the process for me to check things through.
I was worried about ordering with this company as I just found them on Google so if you’re in the same position as me - don't be and go for it!
I took delivery of my 2 pull up banners and 2 feather flags yesterday and the quality is fantastic, even the quality of the bags the items go in are superb!

The whole process from designing the flags and gazebo to delivery was smooth and very professional. It could not have been easier and more efficient. Will definitely recommend.

Very easy to order and the gazebo is top quality. Nothing compared to domestic gazebos that are flimsy and will break in two seconds but heavy duty enough to be tough wearing and manageable. Gazebo does not fold with the side panels to fit in bag, so they have to be detached. But really good quality and will last long. Quality product and service throughout especially the design staff.

We are a large organisation expecting to order many products. We have ordered a test batch and only half the ordered has arrived on time. We have sent multiple emails to those we were dealing with to enquire on the whereabouts of the main section to our event parcel, but all comms ignored. Not a great start at all.

Everything was so easy - easy to find the right products, getting the artwork done, any changes were made super efficiently. When my flags arrived they were delivery tracked all the way, beautifully packed, all absolutely spotless. The flags & stands themselves are super easy to install - absolutely chuffed to bits with the product & the service at every step of the way.

Very good communication right from the start, getting different proofs of design was no trouble at all to them. Once ordered placed, delivery was just over 7 days. Very sturdy and happy either way it.
