The first part of the service was very good, the design was as made promptly, however it terms of receiving the goods, I still haven’t received them after 2.5 weeks of the payment being made. Finally today I received a parcel force notification only today after 16 days.

When I contacted the customer service, they kept repeating “the product has been dispatched today” on 9th May and then again 12 May. One stated that it would take a week then the other stated 24 hours.
I made several attempts to call them but no one was answering. Most design companies are able to get the item out in 48 hours in the UK so 7-10 working days seems very long considering they are based in Wales.

When you pay £160 for a product you expect more for your money.

My flag arrived last week. I didn’t realise that I needed to order a base and to order the base they add another £15 onto delivery which will then take over 10 days. When I asked them if they could make the delivery cheaper, they ignored my email.i also noticed that the flag material creased very easily which doesn’t look great for a professional business like mine.
The lettering on my flag also appears to be missed spelt and the “g” doesn’t look like a “g”. It is supposed to spell YOGA. Additionally there is a spelling mistake on “THERAPY” as pictured. The company are ignoring me on email and will not offer return of the item. They will also not answer the phone.

Sadly after so many issues, I just wouldn’t use this company again.

Harassed regularly by someone called Ben, saying I had an outstanding invoice to pay, even though at no point had I agreed to proceed. Highly unprofessional trying to aggressively sell their product

The design service was excellent, I sent over our company logos and got a fantastic visual of how the gazebo would look within a couple hours. After a bit of back and forth I made payment and the finished product was delivered within 10 days. Quality is fantastic and the after sales support has been great as well. Will use them again for more branded kit in the future for sure.

Really helpful and friendly customer service team. Was impressed by the quick turnaround time and top-quality gazebo, flags and tablecloth. Would 100% recommend.

I’m thankful I didn’t read the reviews on Trustpilot before working with this company. Otherwise, I might have missed out on a rather exceptional service. My dealings with them were completely different from what those reviews suggested. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, outstanding customer service, and the superb quality of the product(s).
The quality of the fabric and flags exceeded my expectations, particularly as I had initial concerns. I was reassured by a member of the team about the type of fabric and poles, and they even advised me that the 40mm frame would be more than sufficient for our type of stand. It most certainly turned out just as they said. Their pricing is very competitive with others in the industry.
However, what truly set them apart was the speed with which they designed our gazebo. I assumed the design process would involve a lot of back-and-forth, as it usually does with certain designers. Instead, we simply sent them some of our existing promotional materials, and they managed to complete the entire design in about two hours.
It’s rare to find someone who can so accurately capture your vision, but Josh did just that! It was as if he knew exactly what we wanted, and he made it look perfect. The delivery was also timely, arriving within the promised timeframe (twice!).
Even when we encountered an issue with some low-quality images we had provided, which resulted in some pictures on the walls not looking right, they worked closely with us to find a solution and get them redone.
Although I can’t speak to their other products, Event Branding have been nothing short of exceptional!

We needed 2 coffee barrier prints for our 2 businesses to an event coming up soon, it took a while to get the designs correct, payment was a mess up too as we asked if we could make a deposit to get the process started, we were told that would be fine only to then receive a demand the next day for full payment before work could be started, we had already paid a deposit of which they could not find! In the ned all was ok, communication after ordering was not very good, we had to ask for an update on delivery, we were told that the barriers would be sent that day and we would get them the next day, this was true to their word, we received them this morning, prints are good, material seems ok, hoping they last! We read some negative reviews but happy to say the company is not all bad.

Disgusting Service, Great when you are ordering but when the product comes to bits after 8 months they don’t want to know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

This company is Awsome, from the initial enquiry and mockup design to ordering and shipping has been an absolute breeze. The communications have been excellent and all questions and concerns were answered promptly by Hannah. Would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase event branded products.😊😊😊

Just incredible service, they did a mock up of the gazebo I wanted super quick, made the changes even faster and went above and beyond to get it to me in time for my event. Service was incredible, amazing value for money, and the gazebo went up like a dream!
