It’s not working I had over 100…
It’s not working I had over 100 notifications with in 8hours ..
I phone twice without on reply. plus my box is made I lot off noise the fan is constantly going
Not Worth the exter £1000 I paid for this
On second thought I should wait for to fixed my issue with my System?
But that what I Felt at the moment .
I’m not going to blackmail nobody I will put a honest review in is that’s what it’s for ..
For you to say not going to sorted my issues out .because I put a honest review .
I hope this will bright this issues to a end …

After we had completed the installation you filled out the customer satisfaction form, giving the ratings of "excellent" for Sales Representative, "excellent" for Surveyor and "excellent" for Installer.
We also made a QC (Quality Check) phone call from the office before the installer left to make sure everything had gone well with your installation and to make sure everything was to your satisfaction.
We are very confused at your one star review.
We took a look at your notes and we can see you have called in with a technical issue. An appointment had been made for 21/07 (Tuesday) for a technical visit. Seemingly this was just not good enough and in the mean time you have gone and left a one star review before giving us an opportunity to make some simple tweaks on the system for you. Thank you.
We have also had a complaint from a member of our customer services team in which on a phone call with them you were verbally abusive to the point of it being criminal, and then proceeded to try and blackmail us with one star reviews.
We have tried everything we can to work with you and make sure you are a happy customer, but we genuinely think this is going to be impossible with you.
We will not be providing any further service to you.
