Our history

SECOM’s roots in the UK go back as far as 1918, when the family-owned Lodge Lock and Safe Company began providing security solutions.

Growth and acquisitions led to its re-emergence as the Carroll Security Group – a major independent electronic security company.

The engineer (Dylan Williams) was…

The engineer (Dylan Williams) was extremely helpful. He was very thorough in his work checking the system and made some adjustments to 2 of the room monitors, as I’d had problems with spiders setting the alarm off. He explained things well and advised me where I could purchase a spray to deter spiders.

Racist driver!

One of your drivers had racially abused us because we never give him way. Silver secom van reg: ME24 DKX . Thursday 25th June at 3:18pm in Colne. Will be reporting to the police as I have video footage of him swearing

Driver training needed?

Appreciate that you probably have multiple drivers but one of them was driving stupidly along the A228 this morning. Not the type to write an angry review but he was swerving in between cars, getting right up close behind them... just so dangerous. Why put other people at risk? I mean seriously, I doubt anything will happen and he will continue like that but I would not want to work with a company that is comfortable with their employees driving like that. Will take it down if acknowledged - just a bit of humanity?!?
