Broken finger from lead without handle
Ezydog have some great products, and some not so great. The main reason for this review, is their lack of service and withholding product reviews from their own website.
One of the leads i have is their track n train lead. If this lead simply had a handle it would be great. Sadly it has a 'non snag' end, ie no handle.
A handle is a last line of defense when your dog tug's unexpectedly, ie when they've seen something or being spooked.
Without the handle, the only way to use the lead is to wrap it around your hand. It is grippy material, and does hold well, BUT, and he's the big issue - it's dangerous!
I currently have a broken finger from where this lead crushed my hand when the dog pulled.
I left a review on the website to warn other customers of the potential of injury from this lead, and i never had any contact from the company, and the review has never been published on their site.
This unfortunately says more about the company than their products.

Thank you for your extensive review.
This product has been rigorously tried and tested, it has been on the global market for more than 10 years with little-to-no complaints, and very much to the extent of a broken finger.
Regarding your complaint about the handle, this is our Track N Train lead, as the name suggests, is to Track and Train dogs with the generous distance alleviated for the Dog to roam around with a trailing lead with no risk of the handle becoming caught up on anything laying around.
It sounds like you wasn't initially happy with the idea of no handle prior to usage. As I'm sure you're aware, we do offer free returns with all of our parcels if returned in a resalable condition, meaning there was an opportunity to return the product.
The lead does feature a traffic control section, meaning you can keep the dog close by if you so wish.
Regarding your website review, this is automatically managed with reviews being posted if certain criteria is met. We will look into this further.

Website very easy to navigate, clear description of dog harnesses so I was confident I'd made the right decision. Harnesses are excellent quality and fit very well and appear to be hardy and should wear well. Delivery was very prompt, highly recommend!
