Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. The lead is much shorter than advertised on website & failed to rectify. Sent wrong item too. Appalling, will not be using again.

Safety concern
Purchased a zero shock lead less than a week ago, when walking my dog yesterday (she was calm with slack on the lead), the clip came off the colour leading to my dog darting into a busy main road. Have contacted EzyDog with my concerns regarding this lead to be met with an admission that their leads are known for coming off, however they are not doing anything about it. Please avoid purchases from this company as it could lead to your dog being in serious danger

Received within two days which suited me great as I am on holiday this weekend. This dog collar is strong, waterproof and durable, well suited for my yellow Labrador.

Fantastic products, especially the Zero Shock Dog Lead 48", and superb customer service - fast, friendly and helpful. Free returns is also very useful. It's a real pleasure to deal with this company.

Nice harness
I ended up buying two as the first one was to big even tho I measured but not to worry I gave it to my mum who has a dog bigger than mine. It doesn't stop my dog from trying to pull now and again however with the side panel I have control and can bring her back to side. I also like that fact that it's not tightening around her neck or head. My dog seems to be ok with it and we've had some enjoyable walks as she's getting use to it.

So impressed with the customer service and support. Had a problem with my dog's life jacket. I contacted Ezy-Dog and Lana resolved the issue and sent a replacement jacket which arrived the next day.

This harness had an immediate curative…
This harness had an immediate curative effect on my dog who constantly pulled on the lead which I had been attaching to the back of his existing harness. As soon as I put the new harness on him and attached his lead to the front ring, he started walking by my side with a slack lead. Thank you, EzyDog.
