Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a pre-order and the owner was patient and kind resolving the issue and answering my million questions. She offered me a full refund but I opted for a credit as I know that refunds can really kill small businesses. Finally ordered some beautiful product and received a thoughtful note about my patience. Would highly recommend

I recently took up embroidery as a hobby because of Fast Doll. I was nervous to do my first patch kit because I just started and was still getting the hang of everything.
The kit was great and the note card was very helpful. I also received an email from Caroline thanking me for supporting her small business. That was very nice to hear And very thoughtful.
