FED Fitness Avis 

I ordered a rebounder. My order was delayed due to USPS delivery service. I contacted FED Fitness and they were so appreciative that I notified them of the delay (which I realized was out of their control). They told me to contact them upon receipt of my item and they would issue a small credit for the inconvenience, which they followed through with. Good customer service!

Wendy (customer service) was very prompt in tracking my order and making sure it arrived to me. She was pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate it!

This is a great company. Customer Service is outstanding! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family in the future.

After I contacted them asking when I would receive my item they were very quick to get it delivered.

I received my powercage extremely fast! I received one box at first but customer service was very fast at responding and my second box came next day. Building it now and the quality seems top tier!

I ordered a rebounder 10 days ago. I received one message 5 days ago that it had been delivered. I was home, it didn’t happen. I tried calling to find out what was going on, but the phone number doesn’t work. I emailed them, I was given a shipping number and link to tracking site… no information came up. Now the tracking site says it’s 8 days in transit, but all other information is “unknown”. I have no idea if my equipment is coming or not, or when and if it’s going to be delivered.

UPDATE

I was contacted by Fed Fitness. I am so happy to report their customer service went way beyond to find out the problem and fix the situation. I now have a delivery date by the shipping company. Not exactly sure where the mistake happened, but I now believe it’s a one off rather than a normal situation. After dealing with their customer services, I would have no problem ordering more equipment from Fed Fitness.

Customer service listened well and were respectful of my concerns and during problem solving of delivery matters that were beyond their control. They responded promptly and with professionalism and kindness. AND the Yosuda EM1 Long-Stride Magnetic Elliptical Machine is genius so far... just first week. Quiet.

So far, my experience with FED Fitness has been exemplary. I’ve emailed some questions to them and received swift, helpful replies. I bought a Bcan mini trampoline from the company and am trying it out to see if it’s a good fit for me. I’m hoping everything goes well and that there will not be a need to return it. The company has assured me that they will work with me if it turns out the trampoline isn’t working out for me. I appreciate that they seem to appreciate their customers and that they value communication.

Great customer service, too.

One of the pedals on my Yasuda exercise bike broke. I ordered a new one but they sent the wrong pedal (left vs. right). I contacted the company and they immediately sent the correct (right) pedal and told me to keep the new left pedal. Communication via email was good.

Customer service was helpful and it seemed like Liz cared. Which I can’t say is a feeling I normally have from other companies customer service.

We initially received a defective bike and they responded promptly with a brand new bike. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered a rebounder from FED Fitness to prepare for my New Year's resolution of exercising if only for 15 minutes a day. The rebounder was firmer than I had anticipated, which was upsetting for many reasons. To begin with, I bought that rebounder since it was smaller in size and would take up less room. Now, I had a new fitness equipment that I couldn't use taking up the limited space I had hoped to use for my daily 15 minute exercise. It put a damper on my New Year's resolution, or so I thought.

It was around 2 weeks later when I was contacted by the company asking about my experience with my purchase. That was unexpected, but in hindsight, a blessing. I explained my situation and was then contacted by another part of their team. At first, I admit, I was quite rude in my comments due to my frustration, but was still spoken to with much kindness and professionalism. The patience Wendy had towards me was quite remarkable, despite my sarcasm that she didn't deserve. It was then that I realized that this company really did care and wanted to find me a solution.

With each step, I was put in contact with different employees who were also quite extraordinary and professional. In the end, although my purchase did not work out for me, I am truly grateful to each and every one of them who made the process of a refund possible.

Had Ray never reached out, I would have just been an unhappy customer. Thank you Ray, Wendy, Lory, and Violet for making this process easy and possible!! This company does care about your fitness goals. Don't hesitate to contact them as I'm sure they will treat you with much respect as was my experience.

Very fast response they fix the issue I am really with the service

The representative was very nice. But it was obvious I needed the part. So just send the part. Don't ask if it's okay to send the part. They basically waited for me to confirm the obvious. Not sure if was a language misunderstanding but I thought I made myself pretty clear in the very first email.
