Violet responded quickly to my request to use the warranty for my bike part. She mailed me a replacement part right away and I received it within a week of the first email I sent. I love my bike and was happy to be able to get the part replaced!

AMAZING customer service. Can’t wait to try the product!
This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! I mistakenly ordered the 40” trampoline when I actually wanted the 48”. I looked up if there was a way to cancel the order but I didn’t see that option, however; on their page, under their return policy, I saw that I could email them within 24 hours of placing the order. I sent an email asking to either please cancel the order or to place do an exchange. This happened on a Saturday so I was worried no one would see the email and that 24 hour window will be missed. I was wrong! Almost immediately I received a response. They gave me the option to keep the 40” trampoline and give me a 10% refund. I told them I appreciate the offer but that I really want the 48”. I got a response saying the could definitely do the exchange at no extra cost to me! It was my bad for not looking at what I was ordering but I was treated with such respect and professionalism that it’s so rare to find nowadays. All this to say that I am not only happy with their customer service but I can’t wait to try the trampoline. I’ve read and heard great reviews about it!

What made my experience great was the incredible level of customer service I received from Wendy. Wendy responded quickly and made me feel like my concerns were an immediate priority. She was thoughtful, attentive, and truly willing to do whatever it took to support me and ensure everything was handled smoothly. Nothing felt rushed or transactional—it was clear they genuinely cared about helping. On top of that, their gratitude and appreciation for me as a customer made the experience even more meaningful. Because of their prompt courteous response I will always look to Fed Fitness as well as refer everyone looking for high quality fitness products and superior support and service.
