Perfect customer service
Done my 1st order and everything arrived packaged beautifully , even when an item was missing within a set , this was no issue. A new set was issued and delivered quickly.

We are sorry to hear that Australia Post did not leave a collection card for you to pick up your parcel xo
Poor quality toys that stopped working
Ordering and delivery was smooth, however the 2 toys I ordered were very poor quality and both stopped working after only 2-3 charges. Cost me $120 so they weren’t cheap.

Not for me
Meh. No where near strong enough to do the job. And it’s maddening to find the fastest speed. Not worth it for me

Ask where items are being shipped
I didn't get my free item as per the company it was shipped from another site. If I knew, I would have ordered from another company. I also find a bit of a weird metallic smell on the product. Also, the base is not really that strong and may not stick to a surface at times.
