I’ve been looking for a long time for a reformer there is a few on the market. AJ was amazing as he was informative but not pushy. It is an expensive purchase in these times and AJ was very supportive-polite and patient.

The communication was very good did not have to wait a long time for someone to get back to you.

Highly recommend! Can’t wait till my reformer arrives.

Some issues with backorder deliveries that caused some substantial delays, but the way that this was resolved and communicated on transparently with options on how to manage was excellent. Issues sometimes happen and often it is how you deal with them that builds trust. The Ivory Reformer itself is fantastic and getting a lot of use. Perfect mix of practical and gym-grade. Recently purchased the Maple folding reformer from Fit Boutique.
Was researching other brands for value for money, folding use and quality - I was not disappointed with my decision. Can barely feel the carriage over the fold when performing exercises, very very smooth. Super impressed. The quality is beautiful and set up very easy. Arrived practically ready to use. Love the design, very aesthetically beautiful to look at (massive plus!) and folds vertically upwards, onto wheels for easy movement.
It is an investment, but worth the money for the quality you receive.

Absolutely loving my new pilates reformer from Fitboutique!

I recently purchased the Onyx Fold pilates reformer from Fitboutique and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the overall service. The reformer is fantastic - sturdy, foldable design, smooth to use, and clearly built with quality in mind.

Absolutely love my reformer. Worth the wait!! The Ivory colour way is so classic. It’s a smooth running machine, feels sturdy and high quality materials throughout, definitely feels like studio quality in my own home! It’s also pretty easy to setup and fold away. My only criticism is the instructions I received might have been from an earlier model??? So some details didn’t apply to my setup and it took me a bit of double checking to be sure I was on track. Still an easy task, but more up to date instructions would have saved a bit of confusion. Shipping also took around a month. I didn’t realise there would be such a long wait when I purchased my reformer. If I had of known that, no issues. But I didn’t, and so had to reach out to customer service a bit for updates. May be worthwhile mentioning on product pages whether items are in stock and give people an estimate for stock arrival/dispatch times. The customer service from Fitboutique is exceptional though. Very quick responses and helpful information. And once my machine was picked up by the courier, it was delivered in 24 hours. Minor details, as the reformer is awesome and I’m so excited to be able to do my workouts on demand now! Love!

UPDATE 26/6/25

I have now received my reformer. There are a couple of issues with it that I am working through with Fit Boutique and will update my review and rating once these issues are resolved.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a reformer in May, after two weeks I was told it would be shipped that week. It wasn’t. A week later I was told it would be shipped soon. The following week I was told it had been shipped but the tracking details hadn’t updated.
I contacted the courier Fit Boutique said have my reformer and they confirmed that they definitely don’t have it.

I’m almost $2400 out or pocket and my reformer is nowhere to be seen.

It was in stock at the time of my order, they keep saying they have or are sending it but I don’t know if I’ll ever get it.

Great machine, similar to the commercial studio ones I've used over the years.

I did a lot of research and stressing over which brand to buy as I was quite worried about the quality, but I picked a good one!

I'm 5'9" and 120kg but it handles those proportions amazingly well, the bed rolls smoothly, all movement is really quiet, I dont even come close to the end when extending my legs and it's proper sturdy, even the box is sturdy and light.

It folds up and rolls about fairly easily. Delivery to Perth was surprisingly quick, just over 2 weeks.

The order process was easy, the people great, delivered on time in a very sturdy plywood box 😊👍, assembly easy.
What more can we say, easy peasy and in absolute awe of the IVORY REFORMER. Brought back the old enthusiasm both of us wanted. Very easy on the body and muscles, but VERY EFFECTIVE, not forgetting to mention that the apparatus itself is very well made and sturdy. COMMERCIAL QUALITY.

The adjustable springs and footbar are so user friendly. I'm not very techy, but I had no trouble tailoring it to my height.

Update: The business reached out after my review and processed a full refund, which I appreciated. They also offered store credit, but I declined since the product is no longer available and other items are beyond my budget. I understand there were production issues, but my review reflects the long delay and lack of communication. I’m glad it was eventually resolved.

Alot of people have had the same experience as me, ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!! Mind you I purchased my machine since November last year, and didn't receive it yet!!! Wow, I expect a refund immediately or I will be reporting this to fair trade 👍

Bought the sienna after returning one from
a different company. This one is well built and has it feels like the ones I have at the gym.
