From first point of contact to delivery was excellent, all my questions were answered in a reasonable time before and after purchase. We ordered the Sienna reformer which not only looks great but the quality was excellent for the price, i could tell straight away care and detail was taken with the equipment build and packaging.
Highly recommend this reformer to a beginner or seasoned Pilates pro.

The ivory fold reformer is a dream! It is easy to fold and unfold with just one person, which was a key thing for me. The carriage glides smoothly, only very slightly catching on the middle fold bit. The reformer is a 5/5!!

The only thing to note is the instructions were confusing, they might have been outdated or for a different reformer as it had set up part and steps which mine didn’t need or have. Additionally, I love that it comes with a 2 month trial on the reformer class app, but was confused on how to access this, it is very vague.

Overall an amazing experience!!!

From start to finish, my purchase of my new Reformer from FitBoutique was first class.
The Reformer arrived very well packaged and very quickly.
Putting it together was easy because about 80% of it was already assembled when delivered.
The quality is top class too! Such a pleasure to receive a good quality item these days.

Purchased the Onyx Reformer and the additional insurance. Was very happy with the overall purchase experience and delivery.
Purchased on the 1st September and arrived on the 15th September.
Communication and updates were reasonable, and any queries were promptly replied to.
Does arrive in a large secure wooden box with metal fasteners. But once you wedge them all open it was pretty easy unboxing from there. Unboxing and moving is a 2 person job minimum, so be prepared.
Reformer itself is great. I have used it everyday from delivery and it looks and feels well made.
Very happy from purchase, to delivery experience to the product itself.

I would give 5-stars because I absolutely love my Ivory reformer!! But I’m dropping 1-star because the delivery could’ve been better… I was already a little impatient because I waited around 3 weeks when the website said once it’s dispatched (a week after I ordered), it’ll arrive the same/next day. Once it did arrive, the delivery man was helpful in transporting it into our apartment building. But once he dropped it off to our floor, the box was very difficult to open. We didn’t have the right tools to bust through the metal encasing, it took me and my boyfriend a good hour to take off the lid just using a couple of flathead screwdrivers (which broke in the process). Although I am glad that the packaging is super secure and protective, I wish this kind of information was on the website or I had gotten an email before I received it so I could’ve prepared or asked some people for the necessary tools. Or if the company provided an extra service to help open and unpack the box, I would’ve been more than happy to pay for. Other than that the product itself is amazing, I am so happy I can use it basically everyday. Folding it up and storing it is so easy, takes like 2 mins for me to wheel it out of my study, into my living room and set up for me to use.

Reformer Machine:
I am extremely happy with the reformer itself. The build quality is excellent — it feels sturdy, stable, and very well engineered. The finish and materials give it a high-end, professional studio look, and it’s a beautiful piece of equipment to have at home. The carriage runs smoothly, the footbar and springs feel solid and secure, and overall it works exactly as expected.

Customer Service:
Unfortunately, the customer service experience was the complete opposite. I understand that stock and customs delays can happen, but what I cannot accept is the dishonesty and half-truths I encountered throughout the process. For example, I was sent a tracking number when my order hadn’t even been scheduled for courier pickup — something the company would have known at the time.

If Fit Boutique had been upfront from the beginning, this whole situation could have been resolved with a single email and I would not be leaving this negative review. Instead, I was repeatedly given vague responses, scripted lines, and had to push hard to get a straight answer. This has left me with serious doubts about what would happen if I ever need a replacement part or warranty support in the future.

Timeline of Events:
• 15 Aug – Chatted with customer service, advised stock arriving in “less than two weeks.”
• 16 Aug – Placed order (website stated order would ship 26 Aug).
• 29 Aug – Contacted FB, told they were still waiting on stock.
• 1 Sept – Repeated back-and-forth trying to get a straight answer. Eventually told my order would be “dispatched this week.”
• 2 Sept – Received tracking number and email saying order was “fulfilled.”
• 3 Sept – Contacted FB as tracking showed courier had not received package. FB admitted pickup wasn’t scheduled until 8 Sept.
• 9 Sept – Contacted FB again as tracking still hadn’t updated. Told pickup was rescheduled to 10 Sept.
• 10 Sept – Courier collected package.
• 11 Sept – Item delivered.

The reformer itself is excellent, but Fit Boutique’s customer service has been frustrating, misleading, and left me with little confidence in their after-sales support.

Very impressed with the delivery, packaging and care taken for my new Onyx Fold Reformer. Quality and precision was what I received. I am really looking forward to everything FitBoutique has to offer. I was a little nervous when I ordered on line, but their honesty and product are fantastic. Have no hesitation in recommending FitBoutique to anyone.

I have now had my Reformer for 2 weeks and have been using it daily and loving it. It was a bit of a wait because I had to wait for a new delivery from overseas. However Ayrah and the team from FitBoutique kept me notified of delivery updates. Unfortunately when I was notified by the courier company it was on the actual day of delivery, and we weren’t home, and so it was left on the driveway- we were thankful it wasn’t raining. Trust me, they are not overstating the fact that it is heavy. We found it easier to take it out of the wooden crate while still outside and wheel it inside. Found it relatively easy to put together even though the instructions seemed to be for the previous model.

The Ivory reformer was easy to set up (the hardest part was getting it out of the crate). It’s smooth to use, however the carriage does catch slightly at the point it folds, but this doesn’t seem to impact its functionality. It looks beautiful, and is a good size. I love the black on wood look. Great for home use. The customer service online was also friendly and prompt. Overall a good experience :)

The Onyx Reformer from Fit Boutique has completely elevated the experience in my studio. The sleek matte black finish instantly adds a luxe, modern feel, and clients always comment on how premium it looks. Beyond aesthetics, it’s incredibly sturdy, smooth to move, and comfortable to use, from the carriage glide to the adjustable settings, everything feels thoughtfully designed.

Buying a home reformer has been really helpful for exercising outside of my weekly classes. It was a big purchase for me and I was worried about quality and what a foldable machine would be like to use.

I chose the foldable Ivory reformer and it is lovely to use, very smooth and comparable to the reformer I use in class, with a nicer and more luxurious finish. Depending on the exercise, I can very mildly feel where the fold is, as the carriage goes over the fold line, but it doesn’t impact me when I do my exercises. I haven’t needed to fold it up since it arrived, but it’s nice to know that I have that option. Set up was fairly straightforward (hubby did the majority).

I found the customer service from FitBoutique very helpful before I purchased, but then rather lacking after purchase. I purchased mid June and the reformer arrived early August. I contacted customer service twice for an estimated delivery and was told the shipment had been delayed. My suggestion to the company would be to be on the forefront of communication and be more transparent with customers waiting for fulfilment. The courier delivery was quick, once they picked up or received the package. The reformer itself I would give 5/5 stars too, but my experience waiting for delivery and needing to ask for updates leaves me with an overall rating of 4/5.

I do appreciate the 2 months free app access- I haven’t activated this yet, as my current focus has been completing my class exercises and figuring out which springs to use for what exercise as my instructor usually tells me what to use.

I have no hesitation in reccomending FitBoutique. Great and prompt service. A good quality, easy to assemble reformer. I was worried that in shipment there could have been damage, however the equipment was extremely well packaged. Overall, a great product at a very affordable price.

Onyx foldable reformer. This product exceeded my expectations, was really impressed with the quality, packed really well. Easy to put together, the instructions need to be updated as some of the steps were already done in their warehouse. Over all the quality is amazing, it is smooth, and the app is great as well. The communication was incredible as well, both fit boutique and the courier, regional Victoria is always tough with access and delivery times, but was kept in the loop at all times and responses straight away

I did a lot of research on reformers before choosing to buy. Writing a long review here because I wish someone had told me all the info so I didn’t have to take time to research!!

Despite Fit boutique not having as many reviews or social media attention, I decided FT would be best because after digging up all reviews across the internet their reputation for quality and customer service was clearly above others.

I had gone quite close to purchasing from another company with rave reviews but it turned out I had to organise my own shipping from a town 2 hrs away or was told to get it delivered to the pub to use their fork lift or put it on a task ap to get someone to collect. The customer service at FT was the total opposite experience with clarity over the process.

My final decision to go with FT was their warranty over other brands. FT have a great warranty of 5 years whilst you read the fine print for other brands and some parts are only covered 6 months, the amount of money paid I think that’s not acceptable for a business so was super impressed with FT and their quality assurance.

When the reformer arrived it was packaged secure and safe to regional Tasmania. The machine is extremely sturdy and the quality is better than most studios I’ve used.

I had hesitations about whether I would use it enough but of the 2 weeks I’ve had it I’ve used it 4/5 days of the week. It’s very easy having a set up at home and sometimes I just use for a good stretch and an excuse to get off my phone.

I have been looking for a reformer for some time and had seen good reviews for FitBoutique. My reformer arrived yesterday and I have set it up and used it. It is a great quality machine. I have been doing reformer pilates for over 10 years and this machine is better than some of the ones I have used in dedicated studios.

There was some delays in delivery but Ayrah from customer support was fantastic after I reached out to her on a few occasions(I am in Australia for reference). It really is worth the wait. Mine arrived yesterday and patience was required to get it all together, it is just gorgeous. Easy to manoeuvre with the wheels. I read some bad reviews about delivery when I first ordered and panicked but I really recommend contacting the team.
