We just moved in to a new flat managed by Fletchers and had a few different issues which were very prompty dealt with by Bridget and Vanessa. They are very efficient and communicative, keeping us up to date about repairs and responsive to our requests :)

This was the first flat I viewed in our house search and I also wanted to thank Narmin for being so friendly and approachable, helping us to get our offer accepted and being an amazing presence!

I pay for full management and I get total peace of mind that the Fletchers Team - and Bridgit Kerin in particular - are all over looking after my property and tenants. I always get full visibility of what is going on and have been using them for many years now

Bridget Kerin is a fantastic property manager. She has been managing my property for several years, consistently demonstrating expertise, reliability, and a genuinely helpful approach. Her professionalism and dedication ensure that every aspect of property and tenant management is handled seamlessly.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism in handling my scheduled property viewing. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM, but no one arrived. After waiting in the rain for 10 minutes, I called the office, only to be informed that the viewing had to be canceled because the keys were unavailable.

I was also told that multiple calls were made to inform me, yet I did not receive any missed calls or messages. This miscommunication and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I expect a higher level of professionalism and reliability in such matters.

I was very pleased with the way Mr Puneet Mann did everything to make it easy for me to renew my tenancy agreement as I have difficulties with technology. I would like to thank all the team at Fletchers for being quick to respond my pone calls and always so ready to help me.

I bought my property from Fletchers of Blackburn on the !9' August 2022. Because Robert Sheahan was my son in law and a Director of Fletchers of Blackburn he and Ben Williams would not receive any commission. He told me he would bid for me and his partner Ben Williams would be the auctioneer. I asked him to recommend a builder to check the property out. He gave me Safe and Sound Building Inspections. They reported back to me saying the property wsas in good condition. Rob did not discuss with me how he would bid for me. He was my son in law so I trusted him. The property was listed at $1,050,000 to $1,150,000. Rob started the bidding at $1,000,000. There were two other bidders and they bid in $10,000 bids. Rob first bid was $500 which i thought unusual. All his bids to $1.2 million was in $500 until one of the bidders dropped out. The second buyer started bidding in $5,000 bids and Rob continued in his $500 bids. I was not happy about this but he was my son in law and I must trust him. The last bid went in at $1,400,500 and I was not happy i thought i had been run up so i would drop out. I paid $250,000 over the listed price. After the auction I asked Rob what happened and he said I did not see anything and this price was was great advertising for his company. My wife told never to mention to him about this again. I wanted to forfeit our deposit and walk away but my wife told not to do this. When we moved in we found the property was a disaster with faults every where. The two back windows completely rotten and the lounge room and spare room would flood due to poor drainage. Replace windows $5,000. The heater in the ceiling faulty and spewing carbon monoxide and the ducts to be replaced $7,500. Both showers leaking water for decades repair all internal walls around showers.$5,000.. Repairs to drainage in back yard. $1,000. The pergola slats not nailed onto beams. Repair and paint $3,000. Repairs to pathway $1,000. Replace faulty alarm system $4,000. Replace carpet $15,000. To repair all dodgy repair work on other windows $5,000. Water seepage in garage cost unknown. To bring the house up to a livable state we painted it throughout $15,000. Changed window furnishings.$15,000. Placed gas heater in fire place $9,000. Changed garage door $9,000. and replace Kitchen $35,000. When i approached Safe and Sound Building Inspections he told me he works for Fletchers of Blackburn and he passes all there properties. I reminded him i paid for the inspection. He paid $3,000 towards the cost and made me sign a paper not to claim anymore. Robert Sheahan walked away with no responsibilty at all. The properties final cost was around $1,600,000. when it was listed at under $1,200,000. The property was valued in Aug'2024 at $1,385,000. This is how it happened.

The staff is very responsive, although the property was managed on a day to day basis by the landlord, they provided help when needed and were helpful in finding new tenants under short notice when I had to leave the country

The agent in Chiswick valued our house in excess of 2.2 million and was confident in achieving a higher price than this.
We therefore signed a 20 week agreement for them to market the house.
Within a week they were on the phone asking us to reduce the price.
Since then they are constantly calling and mailing to reduce the price.
It’s a shame that they can’t put this effort into selling the house at the valued price.
