Flowers by Eva is a SCAM. They advertise as a local florist but that is a lie. I should have researched their reviews but fell for their false #1 local florist line. I ordered their premium Sweet Peace Bouquet for a totalbof $105 & my daughter who was at the wake sent me a picture of the flowers received by the widow. A sad little cheap arrangement without a rose or white lily in sight. I was so embarrassed. I asked for a refund or to send the correct arrangement & they offered a $25 refund. After reading the reviews here I understand they are not going to make it right. I will contest the charge with my credit card company & report them to every site I can.

If giving 0 stars is an option, I would chose that. I called to have flowers delivered to a friend who lost her mom. I deliberately chose Flowers by Eva because they advertised as a local florist. According to them, they delivered on the same day that I called, but my friend never received the flowers. I called Flowers by Eva again, to see what happened and if there was a way to rectify the situation. The agent on the phone just kept repeating that I should have called within 48 hours and that the driver said it was delivered to the door. No offer to resend. No offer to refund anything. Would not call the driver to see if they delivered to "Main Street South" instead of "Main Street North" by mistake. Nothing. No wonder they have no Google listing. They probably would have been blasted out of business. Horrible company!

Incredibly disappointing experience ordering from Flowers by Eva. Marketed as a business that works with local florists and floral farms in Massachusetts, outsourcing customer service outside the US, and failing to provide any real resolution when the quality of product received didn’t remotely match what was pictured on the website or the price point. Very, very disappointed to say the least after coordinating an out of state delivery to celebrate a friends graduation. Do not EVER purchase from this company. A waste of time and money.

Never, EVER have I had such an unacceptable experience with a company! I ordered flowers for a funeral over 24 hours in advance of ceremony. Exactly 30 minutes prior to committed delivery time I get a message that they are unable to deliver order . In other words they assured that I would be unable to send ANY message of love and condolences due to their callus disregard for even the most basic of business practices. Zbuyer becware! Based on other reviews this is not an unfortunate event it’s how they do business. MY ADVISE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THUS COMPANY!

The arrangement that they sent looked absolutely nothing like the one depicted on the website. Their customer service was useless and when I finally found an email that was responsive they issued a paltry refund amount. The flowers sent were basically just a vase of palm fronds with a handful of flowers and even some of them were partially wilted. I don’t know how this place stays in business. Their business ethics are poor to say the least. They knew when they sent the arrangement that it wasn’t what it was supposed to be and then they have the audacity to say that they were giving me a $15 out of $95 refund and claim that is the best they can do. I’m good with what they did because I am on the honorable side of the situation and I’ve already lost all I can lose. They, however, have some bad juju coming their way.

I ordered online Monday morning for a delivery on Tuesday. They said it could be delivered Monday if I ordered before 2:00, I ordered in the morning. I requested Tuesday. I chose a premiere arrangement with card, $100. My sister never got the order. I looked through my email, at 10:30 Tuesday morning they emailed and said because of supply issues they couldn’t fill the order and would return my money in 2-4 days. Are you kidding me?! Poor service, misleading, really seems like a scam. Don’t use them.

I am worried I just got scammed. As soon as I placed my order and gave them my credit card number, I received an email that my order was canceled and my card was going to be refunded, but I have not seen the refund. They had my phone number to call me but they did not. Instead, my phone call was for a person in another foreign country with a heavy accent. DO NOT TRUST THIS ONE

Flowers By Eva is a fraudulent floral delivery website that promotes itself as a “local business”. Their phone number leads to an out-of-the-country call center and no address is listed on the site.

My order was not delivered as promised. When questioned about it they sent me an image of someone else’s flowers as “proof of delivery”

Further complaints have been met with “the order is under investigation”.

Requests for a refund have been ignored.

This is a terrible place to order flowers. After I paid, they said they can not deliver the same day and they don't have supplies. Horrible experience.

Delivery fee is free until you’ve gone through 3 pages of checkout to get hit with a $20 service fee.

Not because Flowers by Eva was worthy of it. I placed an order on a Tuesday for Saturday delivery. On Friday afternoon they advised me via email that there was a “supply issue” and that my order could not be fulfilled. No phone call to let me know or offer alternatives. Still waiting for my refund….

I’d give it 0 star if I could. Careful with your browser search, these people where near the top. Flowers came at 7 PM wilted half of them dead very unprofessional plus charge a high service fee. Stay away from this company.

Lesson learned - ASK FOR THE LOCAL ADDRESS! I asked 3 times if they were local to Greensville, SC. They said they were local. But they could barely speak English. I felt a bad feeling right then - but did not listen to my gut feeling. I ordered a $225 Congratulations bouquet and immediately got charged and got the invoice email. THEN, I went on Trustpilot to look at the reviews. Bad order. I see that 96% are 1 star and the stories are horrible. So I called back and asked the person what their local address was in Greensville, SC. She said they do not take walk in orders and will not give out their physical address. I again asked them what is the physical address. They said, "we do not give out our physical address". I knew it was a scam. So I said I want to cancel the order immediately. After 18 minutes on the phone, the order was canceled and I received an email that the order was canceled and I would get a full refund on my credit card. 3 to 5 business days. So i will wait and see if it is refunded.

I’m not impressed with the way things went on July 11th birthday flowers for my wife.
#1 After waiting til 1:30pm I had to call and check on the delivery status of my order. To my surprise when I placed the order there was no mention of when they would show up and there was also was no window of time when to expect them just that they were to arrive by end of the day! They finally showed at 4:33pm!
#2 When the flowers finally arrived I WAS embarrassed to say the least giving them to my wife being they were half the size of what was pictured when I placed the order! Paying almost $100.00!
Needless to say I am very disappointed in the handling of the situation and will not be ordering again and will tell everyone I know to avoid you at all costs in the future!

Horrible service, they didn’t deliver the flowers on time, flowers were delivered next day and of course they delivered the flowers that i didn’t ordered, flower vase was not the one i paid for, they lie to me saying that they attempted to make the delivery and that no one was home, when i was home the whole time. I suggest never use them again

If I could give them a zero I would. How is this company still aloud to operate. My flowers never showed up for my father in laws funeral. Customer service is in India the worst company and should be closed down and taken off Google as a business or even being able you come up on the search engine!!!!!

This was the worst experience with a florist I've ever had. I chose Flowers by Eva because they advertised themselves as a local florist in Novato, CA. and I like their website pictures of different arrangements to choose from. I chose a premium level beautiful full bouquet filled with roses, beautiful filler flowers and lush greenery. After my daughter received the bouquet, she sent me a photo. I was shocked to see 3 roses fully opened stuck in a vase with some cheap greenery. I paid $117 for this. Come to find out Flowers by Eva is NOT a local Novato florist. They are a cheap third party delivery company selling half dead Flowers. They are fraudulent! I have reported to the better Business Beureau. Beware of the scammers!

I ordered a peaceful garden planter to be delivered for my loved one's funeral. I asked on 2 different phone calls if what was pictured was going to be delivered and was told yes. When I attended the funeral I was upset because what was delivered was not what I ordered. On the following business day I called to complain and was told to put it in writing and to send a picture which is what I did. They did however refund half of my monies but I am still sending emails asking that something be done because the issue has not been resolved. I would not recommend this company at all. I called the third party and the owner indicated that she sent an email to flowers by Eva and told them they could substitute and was told to go ahead. Flowers by Eva never contacted me to tell me this was going to happen so now I place the blame 100% on them. They are now refusing to pay the third party for their services which I find to be wrong. This is totally unacceptable in all aspects. Their customer service is poor to say the least. I have sent two additional emails and have yet to hear from them.

Ordered flowers for a funeral..then after the funeral get a we don't have flowers to fill the order..by the way we took your $100 for the order immediately but you have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get it back to your $..funny how that works..but I put in that the viewing was at 10 Am the funeral at 11 Am and at 1 Pm get the sorry don't have it for you..do you know how embarrassing that is..how comes there's not a less than ZERO STAR RATING FOR SHISTER COMPANIES LIKE THIS? I believe this 1 star benefits them when it shouldn't..DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
