I ordered flowers for a friend and received the confirmation email. The flowers were to be delivered the next day. After not receiving a delivery confirmation (or a text from my friend), I called Flowers by Eva to inquire as to the status. I was told that the order was canceled because they didn't have enough flowers. I said I didn't receive an email communicating that the order was canceled and was told to check my spam. I did check my spam and I did NOT receive a cancelation notice. I asked why they wouldn't call the customer if they are going to cancel the order as my expectation was that my friend would be receiving her flowers. I was told they didn't have enough people to make phone calls to everyone. I wish I would have checked reviews... Flowers by Eva has overwhelmingly NEGATIVE reviews.

I was told when I called that this was a local florist in Pittsburgh. I sent flowers to my niece in the hospital there and they tried to deliver them in Brooklyn, NY!!!!!
Haven't heard back from them after my phone call and a supposed review of the recording of my call.
This is a total scam out of country call center. Avoid at all costs.

I would give them a zero if I could. Delivered my order on the wrong delivery date and the flowers were pathetic. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

FRAUD. Stole my money. Didn't deliver the flowers until two days after agreed then wouldn't give me a refund even though I had told them to cancel after they failed to deliver on the agreed upon day. Customer service is fake auto generated ai emails. I was told I couldn't have a refund because 'the owner is out of town.' Read the reviews. I sincerely hope this business gets shut down.

They Don’t tell me that they can’t deliver it until I reach out to them and ask them when they had 3 days in advance to say some to ing and didn’t send me nothing but my order confirmation code

I ordered a succulent arrangement for a friend. The product displayed on their website was a beautiful arrangement in a clay pot, overflowing with multiple succulents. What was delivered was 3 small succulent plants in an ugly basket. Customer Service did nothing about my complaint. They stated they have the right to substitute items, which I agree with, but the substituted items should be of equal value. This is a bait and switch scheme. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This is truly a SCAM company!! The arrangement that they sent my friend who had just gone through so much were worse than if I would have purchased clearance flowers at a grocery store and plopped them in a vase I already had at home!!! The lilies were brown on the edges, no filler flowers at all and much much smaller than the picture! I paid over $100 and it looked like less than $20! Oh and the card was plain white paper that was ripped!! Just awful!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

They made up a beautiful arrangement for my cousins funeral. Fair price and delivered same day. RECOMMEND

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

I recently paid $84 for a bouquet to be sent to a friend. Although it said no delivery fee, they charged me a “service fee“. Definitely a beat switch situation, the bouquet I had wanted said it was on sale on the website, but then I was told that that was an error. I should’ve hung up then. I thought the bouquet was so pretty but what my friend got had nothing in it that resembled the bouquet. When I sent photos to the company expressing my disappointment they said that they have a policy on their website that says they can substitute any flowers or container. Basically they can send any crappy bouquet they want. Do not order from this company. Wish I saw all the reviews everywhere before I placed my order.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. This was my first and last time ordering from here. I am soooooo pissed! I ordered online early this morning, and now 8 hours later, they claimed that the flowers were delivered and handed to the recipient—which is an outright lie! No one ever came to my daughter's house, she was there all day, and in looking at her Ring camera footage, no one ever came all day to deliver anything. I want my full refund and will NEVER order from here again. If only I had taken the time to read the reviews first! I am livid! I paid $103.00 for this nonsense. This place is a whole scam! You've been warned.

Flowers by Eva gets 1 star from me only because there is no negative star rating. We ordered $150 in flowers to be delivered to a memorial service of a family member. We were notified by this vendor 2 days after the delivery date that they were unable to deliver because of supply chain problems.

Calling them doesn't help because their call center is an overseas call center with no ability to resolve any issue.

Don't make the mistake we made.

Buyer beware! My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary through this website. What we received had no resemblance to what was ordered. When we complained, they attached a copy of their policy.

Total rip-off. Stay away. They are not local and contract with Safeway for the flowers. I ordered off their website and what came was completely different. Claimed there is a service charge for all Flagstaff florists which is also not true.

Ordered flowers from this supposedly local Billings MT florist for the funeral of a relative. Flowers were a skimpy version of the pictured item I ordered. But the worst is that after promising repeatedly by phone and email to correct their computer-generated wording/spacing of my accompanying sympathy card message and to use the corrected version I emailed them they completely disregarded the promised correction. As a result, our expression of sympathy to the family was a jumbled mess. I'm disgusted with these people wherever they actually are.

Don't order flowers here. I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone in the hospital on Saturday. Two days later, on Monday, I got an email saying that they had never delivered them because of supply issues -- which would have been good to know on Saturday. That was followed by a series of AI responses to my gentle suggestion that they need to notify more promptly. They just popped up again when I searched for a florist in another city. Steer clear!

I ordered flowers for my Aunts 90th birthday expecting them to arrive the next day. First there was an unexpected $20 service fee, then they sent me an email the day the flowers were to arrive saying they could not fill the order and would have to credit me.

I greatly regret that I hadn't research this florist prior to ordering. The reviews I have since read are spot on. This is NOT a reputable florist. The charged me nearly a 50% handling fee and then what was delivered was way off from what I ordered online. I've reached out to them but hold very little hope of getting this resolved. My next step is to attempt to do a charge back on my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! You'll probably be as disappointed as the rest of us were.

Flowers by Eva is a SCAM. They advertise as a local florist but that is a lie. I should have researched their reviews but fell for their false #1 local florist line. I ordered their premium Sweet Peace Bouquet for a totalbof $105 & my daughter who was at the wake sent me a picture of the flowers received by the widow. A sad little cheap arrangement without a rose or white lily in sight. I was so embarrassed. I asked for a refund or to send the correct arrangement & they offered a $25 refund. After reading the reviews here I understand they are not going to make it right. I will contest the charge with my credit card company & report them to every site I can.

If giving 0 stars is an option, I would chose that. I called to have flowers delivered to a friend who lost her mom. I deliberately chose Flowers by Eva because they advertised as a local florist. According to them, they delivered on the same day that I called, but my friend never received the flowers. I called Flowers by Eva again, to see what happened and if there was a way to rectify the situation. The agent on the phone just kept repeating that I should have called within 48 hours and that the driver said it was delivered to the door. No offer to resend. No offer to refund anything. Would not call the driver to see if they delivered to "Main Street South" instead of "Main Street North" by mistake. Nothing. No wonder they have no Google listing. They probably would have been blasted out of business. Horrible company!

Incredibly disappointing experience ordering from Flowers by Eva. Marketed as a business that works with local florists and floral farms in Massachusetts, outsourcing customer service outside the US, and failing to provide any real resolution when the quality of product received didn’t remotely match what was pictured on the website or the price point. Very, very disappointed to say the least after coordinating an out of state delivery to celebrate a friends graduation. Do not EVER purchase from this company. A waste of time and money.
