Oh, I should've checked Trust Pilot before I ordered from this company. My sister is in hospice and this company supposedly delivered to the place where she was staying...so I decided to order from them. It was the most awful experience. They still haven't finalized the refund to me after having charged me for an order, they said they lost… Completely disorganized ...they should not be in business. And they didn't issue a full refund of what I paid and now we're disputing that. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWERS BY EVA!!!

On top of that, they didn't even use the correct vase—supplying a completely mismatched, cheap substitute instead.This website takes your money and sends sub-par, dying products that ruin what should be a special occasion. Save your money and call an actual brick-and-mortar local florist in your town instead.

This company is fake. It was listed as a local florist in Buckeye AZ , where my sister lives. I’m in NY and wanted to support a local business. It’s basically 1800 flowers. Anyway they stated free delivery but then added a $20 service fee. The flowers were ok but I was tricked into thinking it was local.

Do your homework. I didn't. Flowers by Eva is a scam! Search and find a local brick and mortar florist for your flowers.

DO NOT ORDER From this company In fact, they have several company names all over the country and claim to be local bring and mortar --- but they are a call center operating with no address and they do not deliver your order -- they take your money and then the fight is on, no refund, no flowers! Steer clear !!!! BEWARE -- con artists and scammers!!!

Scam, not a local company

This florist needs a BIG FAT 0 a 1 is to good for this place I bought 91,68 deluxe bouquet for my Boss and the flowers came to her dead we got one sunflower two roses dead lilies and dried purple flowers to say the dried purple flowers are the prettiest ones of them all and I spent $91.68 and I got a $10 refund. What kind of business is this? It’s a shame that you take money from people that are doing something nice for someone for a birthday and anniversary and even sometimes just a death in the family and you take and pry off these people I’d be ashamed to work for a company like yours and I’d be more ashamed to actually own a company like yours, a zero review is what I want to give you but it’s not an option

Please spare yourself heartbreak and disappointment and DO NOT order flowers from this company. I paid extra to have a “premium” bouquet sent to my daughter who was away at college. The bouquet I selected was not what was sent and the arrangement was brown and wilting. I was beyond mortified when my daughter sent me a picture of what she received. It’s truly upsetting, this company should be shut down.

I specifically ordered 18 Yellow Long
Stem Roses with Greenery to be delivered to my Daughter in Utah for her Birthday.
Originally, I was not going to be there since I live in Texas, but her Dear Husband flew me up there to surprise
her.
I saw the Flowers and was horrified!!
They were White Roses with yellow tips, like they were tinted. The arrangement had so much Greenery that it totally smothered the Roses. It looked like a Funeral Arrangement. Totally awful!!

I disputed the order to get my money back since they were not what | ordered and they only gave $30.00 Credit. They were way more expensive than that!
They totally ruined what I wanted for my Daughter.

They cancelled my order because of supply issues. My call was answered, and routed to customer service who never answered my call. I tried twice. Now I’m waiting for the refund.
This is a very suspicious business!

Ordered flowers for funeral , they cancelled the order the day of the funeral with no text or email or phone call nothing. We found out when we went to funeral and there was no flowers. Called the next day they offered some lame excuse about supplies. Stay AWAY if you want to be safe.

My flowers were a gift and the arrangement was not what I ordered. The daisies were crushed, the color was wrong, the container was wrong, the flowers were wrong, and it was poorly arranged. When contacting customer service, they only offered to refund $10.00 for a $75.00 arrangement. They should have replaced the order with the correct item or refunded the entire amount. Rip Off company.

I wish I could give a lower rating than one star! Ordered flowers for the funeral of my step-sister in Colorado (I could not be there). Ordered 4 days in advance. The morning of the funeral, I called to confirm that my order was going to be delivered on time (9AM), and they said yes. Then, at 1:30PM, I got an email saying that due to "unexpected supply issues" they were unable to complete my order!! I was incensed! I called, but you only get their answering service and never talk to anyone actually at the florist! They just prattle on about it being a last minute supply issue, which makes NO sense since I literally called them a few hours prior to the funeral and they confirmed everything was on schedule! I am heartbroken and furious! DO NOT order from this scam of a company!

Horrible experience, I asked if they were in the downtown city of the delivery location, the woman at the call center posed as if she was the local florist downtown. Instead she was in some out of the area call center. refused to send a photo of the arrangement. refused to tell me who was making it. refused to give me to a supervisor. I requested cancellation once i found out this was some random 3rd party not a true florist and the 2nd call center may or may not cancel the arrangement

Took an order for anniversary flowers and never delivered and didnt call or let me know. Claim to be local but are not. Stay far away from this "business". Should have read reviews before calling them. They do not have a location anywhere, just charge you and never deliver.

Fake-Scam-Run Away!! Found out too late that this is NOT a local business and assume their sole purpose is to trick dummies like me to steal credit card data.

Automated message that delivery couldn’t be met day of delivery. When I called, it was a foreign call center in India.

If there was an option to select NO stars, I would select it. I ordered a floral arrangement of 25-30 various colored carnations in a green vase. Flowers by Eva delivered 6 old carnations and a little greenery in a clear bud vase. Furthermore, the carnations withered quickly. The total charge for this garbage was $76. When confronted, Flowers by Eva sited their policy which states, essentially, they can deliver anything they want. There is no recourse for their deception. They are thieves and liars. DO NOT purchase anything from them.

I was under the impression this was a local florist. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what I ordered. In fact, the tag said Albertson’s and for one/fourth of what I paid. This was the worst experience ever. Don’t ever use them!
