If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst experience ever. Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. I had a typo in the recipient's name, which prevented delivery. After I corrected quickly, and they said they would handle re-delivery, they cancelled the order 2 hours later without explanation. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is my 1st time placing an order with this merchant, on 8/20/26.
They promised to deliver a dozen of rose to my girlfriend by 5 pm, since it is her bday.
They charged me over $119, and did not bother sending a confirmation.
By 4 pm, I called 8 times total to track the delivery, they kept saying it is on the way.
By 6:30 pm, I stayed on the phone with someone who still had not have the flowers delivered.
By 7 pm, nothing was delivered. My gf already left her workplace by then.

This ruined the occassion since it her special day.

This merchant sucks!

It did not do the job, and did not carry out the promise by the person names Victoria who took my order, promising the flowers were delivered by 5 pm on the same day.

Do not risk doing business with Flower by Eva in New Jersey!

This merchant is Horrible, and gave a F about customers.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They make it sound like they are a local florist and they are not. A totally different florist made and delivered my flowers. It looked like a cheap version of what I ordered. I was embarrassed. They are a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWERS BY EVA.

I phoned in an order for flowers to be sent to a local hospital. They assured me the flowers would be delivered the same, since the person was getting discharged the next day. After I never received a delivery confirmation by the end of the day, I called Flowers by Eva and was told that they ran out of the flowers. You would think that they would have called to inform me, and then I would have ordered something else. However, I never received any notification. Do not use this business!!!!!!!!

The flowers were never delivered. When I called, they said that they would email proof of delivery. After 12 days I called back to say I did not receive an email with their "proof". They said that now that it had been over two weeks since the planned delivery date, I could not dispute the delivery. I lost $110. I also failed to get a much-deserved thank you to someone important.

I ordered flowers based upon the photo and description on the website but what was delivered was not even close to what I paid for. When I reached out to ask them to make it right, they sent me their substitution policy instead.
DO NOT USE THEM ! They are the worst I ever experienced in a Florist.

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I ordered flowers for an aged aunt days in advance for delivery in her birthday. When I understood from family that nothing arrived I called and got a VERY rude “customer service” agent who informed me that my order was not filled as “they had no fresh flowers”. A florist with no flowers. When I questioned why I was never notified by phone, email or text, all I could get was “sorry”. Later learned they were not based in the city which I was ordering for (even tho their website gave me an address in Main Street) the agent could respond with anything other than “sorry”. NEVER use this “florist” as they are a complete SCAM!!

Do Not trust or buy from these people. They are not legit and do not send the flowers you order. When called about the order not being what you pay for - they are terrible about fixing the problem

Can I give a negative number of stars. I never got an order confirmation. Thank goodness I had taken a screenshot of my computer. I called and was told the flowers had been delivered and they had not. They arrived over 24 hours late and looked NOTHING like what I ordered

A 1 star is too much. Ordered, paid & was never delivered. Having a hard time in getting a refund. Will be filing a complaint with Attorney General.

This is a scam. I spent $100 and my mom got 4 roses!!!

This is not a local company as they advertise. I ordered a specific bouquet and what was sent was nothing like I ordered. I went around and around with customer service to no avail. Do not order from this company!

RUN from this company. Absolute scam. Called three times they kept saying they would arrive any minute. Never arrived called two days later for a refund and they refused. They said delivery was attempted which is a complete lie. The subdivision is gated and any attempt would require them to call me for access. They have so many issues when you e mail them you get a AI generated response saying how much they care and are looking in to it. I have never had a business actually straight up lie to me. I will be going after them in every way possible

ZERO STARS!! The flowers my friend received look NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. They used the cheapest flowers while I paid top dollar.
They totally scammed me.

Absolute scam company that will gaslight you every step of the way. They insisted my flowers were delivered when they were nowhere to be seen. The next morning they were magically on the front doorstep, but with no call or notification that they had been delivered. On top of that, both arrangements were missing listed flowers and were completely different colors than what was shown online. They also were significantly smaller than what was depicted, despite me even paying the extra for the larger sizes. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Also, you'll see the same "We're sorry" message posted here like on every single other review. They absolutely do not care. You can call their customer service and they will insist they cannot do anything for you. Then, if you email, maybe after the 5th or 6th time pointing out how much of a scam this was, they will give you a tiny fraction of a refund from what you paid.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE 1 STAR.

Take all the negative reviews you can find on this 'company' and double them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Did not coordinate delivery of the flowers as instructed to and consequently, flowers were delivered to the recipients address one day AFTER they left on vacation. Refused to refund!

That saddest part is I was on a missions job out of the country and couldn’t attend. I wants the flowers to show my presence and nothing!

One star because there's no option for no stars. "Flowers by Eva" is "flowers by the flower department at Safeway." That's fine, but don't charge me 3X the price of a bouquet from Safeway.

This is a scam SEO optimized site and indicitave of how bad Google search as become. I placed my apparently overprised order and a $20 fee was added. Once I pressed send and realized something seemed sketchy, I immediately asked for my money back via email and was told they couldn't do that as the order was already on the way.

So bad.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary. They showed up a day late. the rose pedals were turning black the other flowers in the arrangement were wilting. In addition, the arrangement looked nothing like what was shown on the website.

I contacted their customer support and told them I cannot accept these and sent them pictures of what I received. They responded with a copy their policy and fine print

This is all you need to read on the expected day of delivery:

When I called there was no reason- no response- sent to voice mail and disconnected.
