Placed order for funeral flowers on Friday for Sunday service. Late Saturday they sent an email that due to a supply problem they could not fulfill the order. They did not call so we could arrange a different selection or let us know in time to contact another florist. Would NEVER trust this business in the future, definitely to be avoided. Would give zero stars if possible

SCAM! SCAM!

I thought I found a nice local florist. I arranged for flowers to be sent for a special occasion. They never arrived.

Repeated calls and texts kept getting the response "Rest assured, it was delivered." And then they stated that they don't fix delivery problems 48 hours after delivery. But with no delivery at all, how would I contact them within 48 hours? Calling my bank Monday.

I viewed a bouquet on their website, ordered it and it was sent sent, but it looked nothing like the picture. They offered a $10 refund which never came through.

I ordered flowers through this company to be delivered on Friday they did not show up when I called they said that there was problems with the delivery truck so I asked for a refund and they said that they couldn’t do it horrible service

SCAM ALERT! This place is an online scam delivery company. I spent $100 for a beautiful bouquet and received a shitty red flower bouquet from Publix. I should have researched. Am going to have my bank dispute the charge. Read the other reviews. JUST AWFUL.

I placed an order through this service which turned out to be an online broker and not a legitimate florist. Their reviews have been overwhelmingly negative. The order was not delivered correctly with it being delivered to the wrong address. The owner of the property where the flowers were delivered was not the intended recipient The actual recipient did not receive the order until several days later when the other individual presented it to them. This order was intended for a special occasion. I contacted the company to explain and correct the situation and was informed the most they could accommodate was a very small partial refund even though I requested redelivery of the arrangement to the correct recipient or issuance of a full refund to my original payment method. I highly recommend not using this service as they act as nothing more than a middleman and really is a sham portraying having a legitimate local presence.

Contacting the company gets you nowhere as they give NO RESOLUTION. Filed a dispute with my bank and the BBB. STAW AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to give one star but this company does not deserve any stars. Flowers never delivered. Rip off

I must agree with the reviews and fault myself for not reading them prior to my order. Went online to send flowers from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ordered European basket from website. Picture and actual flowers arrived were not the same. Basket was not full flowers look sick and wildered . Requested a refund was given 20.00 refund after spending 100.00 I requested a peace lily be delivered to the family of the deceased, email responses went ghost.
Horrible florist DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND REPUTATION!!

This is simply FRAUD, they dont seem to exist! DO NOT buy anything here!!!!

Do not order from this company. Straight scam! I ordered deluxe package which was supposed to be the bouquet In the photo, it looked NOTHING like the photo. Not to mention they left it sitting outside! For 90 dollars, definitely not worth it! They claim they are local but they are NOT!!!!

Ordered flowers from“Flowers by Eva” on 8/25/26 operating in Opelousas, Louisiana. Flowers were for a FUNERAL, and supposed to be $60. During the order I was asked for a total of $94.85, which included a $20 service or delivery fee and my credit card information. Since I do not live in the city where the funeral was taking place, I reluctantly placed the order. I started to feel like this was possibly a scam when the local business had only call center overseas customer service agents with thick accents taking the orders, but I continued thinking it must be a larger company than I realized. Cut to the next day not having the emailed receipt and then noticing a plethora of negative reviews and scams where people did not receive flowers at all. When I tried to cancel the order, they claimed that they would have to reach out to the local florist and that they weren’t sure if they could cancel it, even though it was several days in advance of the funeral and I had just ordered the day before!

Turns out that the Eva’s flower reviews were populated for this company which is entirely a different company in England! I have followed up by reporting them to the federal trade commission. They’ve ripped off too many people at this point.

I would leave a -10 if I could. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Flowers were never delivered.

Let me add my name to the list of people scammed by this company. They are NOT a family owned company. They are a flower broker that consistently sends substandard floral arrangements to unsuspecting customers. My order didn't look anything like the picture and the flowers were wilted and skimpy. They refuse to make good on the order, so i am disputing it with my credit card company.

I would never order from here again. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. And no one speaks English. When the flowers got delivered they said they were from jewel osco not flowers by eva. Ne er ever again and terrible service.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the photo on the website - small and sad. I would have been better off buying a $20 bouquet from Whole foods. They refused to replace them. It was embarrassing - truly a waste of $100. Do not order from them.

This company should be put out of business. Overpriced and they do not listen to the customer. I originally wanted African Violets and was given a price. A few minutes later, they emailed stating they were not available. I agreed to a substitution and requested the flowers to either pink or purple. It was delivered with yellow flowers.
The emails appear to be AI generated.
They did issue a partial refund (much less than half). It hasn’t arrived yet so we’ll see.

Ordered an arrangement for my mom. It was her 87th birthday.
The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture. Clearly a professional did not make this arrangement. The flowers were cut straight across and shoved in a glass container.

Because they used some of the flower ( types ) that were in the picture the decided that we didnt deserve even the slightest compensation. I would say do not buy flowers from here. I also paid for candy. There were 3 pieces. Had I known how bad this company was I would have gone to the grocery store and made my own arrangement.

This is not a specialty florist. Amateurs at best

I ordered basket planter for my brother’s funeral. It never showed up. When I called to find out why, I was told they cancelled the order and refunded my payment because “they had no flowers”! I was never notified of the cancellation. Instead, I embarrassingly found out when there were no flowers from me for my brothers funeral. I specifically chose a local florist assuming they could get them there on time.
