The arrangement received fell far below acceptable standards and did not reflect what was ordered. I called the company, and received a bunch of talking in circles with no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! SCAM ALERT

The arrangement provided fell far below acceptable standards and did not reflect the quality advertised on your website. When an arrangement is called, "Enchanted Rose Garden Bouquet (Deluxe)," one would logically expect roses to be the star of the arrangement! When I confronted the company, I received a boilerplate response claiming their "right to substitute." Substitution policy aside, delivering an arrangement of such poor quality is unacceptable. Had I checked your online reviews beforehand, I would have avoided ordering from this company altogether. (Too bad I can't attach photos, I know everyone would see that I'm not exaggerating).

FLOWERS BY EVA, NEVER DELIVERED IMPORTANT FLOWERS, NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME FOR FLOWERS NEVER DELIVERED.

I had a very important apology flower delivery to get done. I asked Flowers by Eva to do a same day delivery. Flowers by Eva said they could do that and charged me $250. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE FLOWERS. I called the next day and they said they would get back to me with documentation of the delivery. They said they would provide a photo of the delivery or a signature. I waited 5 days, NO RESPONSE and so I called them and asked where the delivery documentation is and they said they are still working on it. 5 DAYS LATER THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON GETTING DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION !! I advised them I needed to have the PROOF of Delivery within the next 24 hours since it has been about a week. It doesn't take a week to get a picture of what wrong address they delivered the flowers to. It would not take a week to get a signature if Flowers by Eva actually delivered the flowers and had a signature.

At the 1 week mark today I called them and advised that I know the flowers did not deliver, they can't provide a proof of delivery ( Because they did not deliver the flowers ) so I would like a refund. FLOWERS BY EVA told me that " We are still doing our investigation " and cannot refund me.

I had to call American Express and ask them to hold Flowers by Eva accountable for charging for a service and never providing that service. If there is any mal-intent that would make this HORRIBLE time sucking experience a fraud.

This is my truthful and documented experience with Flowers by Eva ( 844-320-5047 ) they charged me for a service and never provided that service and a week later after multiple phone calls they can't figure out where and if they ever delivered the flowers. I think there is a true dis-connect with FLOWERS BY EVA since my call was taken by a Customer Service Team that is not in the US, Flowers by Eva's OUTSOURCED Customer Service Team barely spoke English well enough to enter the order So I should have know the services would not be handled as expected.

From my customer experience I would NEVER recommend Flower by Eva, they USE international customer service with very poor English, they NEVER followed up on my request for " Proof of delivery " and they know they didn't deliver the services they were contracted to perform but a week later made excuses and did not refund me the charge that I put on my American Express.

If I could leave a negative star - I would. I ordered premium sympathy flowers for a loved one and they looked nothing like the photo online; barely had four flowers. I thought this was a mom and pop flower shop - that was a lie. Customer Service only agreed to refund me $25 of my $100. I could have picked better flowers on the side of the highway. DO NOT USE.

Terrible experience! My daughter is in a city by herself. I sent her flowers with a confirmation number for her birthday. She called wondering why I asked for her work address. I called this company and they said they didn’t have the flowers to deliver this certain bouquet. If I knew this I would have called another florist. Customer service would not connect me with a supervisor. Just kept saying the same thing. My daughter left work crying. I trued to make her birthday special and they destroyed the moment with no solution to the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN ON MAKING A OCCASION SPECIAL!!!

I ordered flowers on the 4th of September to be delivered locally on the 5th of September. There was no delivery. I sent a message to them on the 6th of September. It was a Sunday, therefore I waited until the 7th of September (Monday) to call them. When I called on Monday, they stated they had sent me an email that they were sending me a refund as they were unable to fulfill my order. I told them that I did not recieve an email. They attempted to tell me I should check my spam folder. Now why would that go to spam when I recieved the order confirmation and other emails trying to sell me flowers? Meanwhile my mother's birthday has come and gone with no flowers. I checked my spam folder and as I thought, there was no email. Very, very disappointed with this whole experience. Save yourself some time, trouble and money and do not order from Flowers by Eva.

Very disappointed and misleading!

I ordered a premium flower arrangement on 9/5/26 and paid for the arrangement, service, and delivery. The company advertised itself as “family owned and locally operated,” which was a major reason I chose them.

What was delivered was much smaller and significantly inferior to the premium arrangement I ordered. To make matters worse, the card message was not entered as I submitted it and came across as completely inappropriate.

I contacted the company with my concerns, but they offered only a $15 refund—which is unacceptable given the quality and size of what was delivered.

I also discovered afterward that the company’s “family owned and locally operated” representation is misleading and that they are not actually the local florist they portray themselves to be.

I would not recommend this company. Be very careful and do your research before ordering. I expected to support a local florist and instead feel completely misled and disappointed.

I wish I had read reviews on this before ordering, but lesson learned! I will not be ordering from Flowers by Eva again. I ordered the $69 deluxe Lovely Lavender bouquet as a birthday present for my godmother. They were delivered on time, the colors were right, however, it seemed like half the bouquet was missing, and looked nothing like the picture. I'm beginning to think a lot of this website is AI generated. It was not worth the $69 I paid for the arrangement, very disappointing. I could have done a better arrangement myself for half the price. I definitely feel gypped by this company, since altogether including delivery (card & chocolate box added on) was over $100. Do not buy flowers from here!

Ordered a “deluxe” bouquet off the pictures advertised on their website. What was actually delivered was a poor imitation of the image that was supposed to arrive. Less than half the flowers that were advertised actually made it into the bouquet. What is being sold on line is blatant misrepresentation and false advertising to what was actually delivered. What was supposed to be a bouquet celebrating my mother’s birthday actually ended up looking like an afterthought. Do not order from ever.

I placed an order for my daughter who lives in Cary, ill, where this florist is located. I placed the order on Monday for delivery on Thursday which was her wedding anniversary. On Thursday I contacted them to ask about the order and was told it was scheduled for delivery that day. I checked back again since it still wasn’t delivered. I asked to be contacted when it was delivered. My daughter texted me at 8:01 to thank me for the flowers. The florist emailed me the next morning to say it was delivered at 8pm. I emailed them back to say I was very disappointed with their service. I was told the delivery times depends on when the order was placed. When I emailed back to say the order was placed on Monday, 3 days earlier I was told delivery depends on the driver’s route. I had asked for a small refund but was denied. I will never order from them again. I thought I was doing a great job to order from a local company, but it was not a good experience.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as many other people. And for the first time ever didn't research, because I thought it was a nice local florist. I ordered flowers for my stepdaughter, who had gotten injured during sports and thought that the bouquet was going to be delivered by 5 PM. And when they hadn't been delivered by six I called and was told that there was a supply chain issue, asked to speak to someone else. And they told me that there was an accident and the flowers were damaged. I was on the phone for almost an hour going around and around with them. Asking them to send another bouquet, send to that. Bouquet wasn't able to be sent and they told me they couldn't. I asked them to refund, they said they would. It's been four days. I don't have a refund.

What a scam. Trying to promote themselves as a local florist then providing crap. What I ordered was nowhere near what was delivered - then when I complained they told me I agreed to their substitution policy.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. Never received any messages from them, so I verified the charges and called them. They said they cancelled the order because of supply issues (of highly-exotic daisies [sarcasm]). They also claimed they emailed me (did not).
So, mom didn’t get flowers for her birthday. FU Eva and crew.

Deeply disappointing. Why could they have not told me they we not able to deliver the flowers yesterday. If I would have known they were not going to follow through with the delivery I would have never placed the order. On top of that why does the web site say Big Spring when come to find out they don’t have a store in Big Spring. They are a liars!!! They deceive people like me who depend on legit businesses to do what they say.

I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Stay clear of this florist. Despite telling me on the phone they were local they are not. They operate in another state and broker to local florists. My families experience was terrible. A casket spray was chosen on the their (website) for my mother-in-laws funeral. What was picked out, on their seemingly fake website, is not even close to what was ordered or paid for. It seems like when they send the order to a local florist it is for something much less expensive and not even the same. After one week of calling and emailing and getting no where, I filed a fraud claim with my bank. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

Add me to list of people taken. I called at 430 and they said flowers were out for delivery. Called at 8pm and they said they were waiting on a driver to finish his route. Flowers were never delivered. I can’t imagine how this business is still operating as it is very clearly a scam.

They suck! My best friend lost her brother on this date. I ordered flowers 5 days in advance that were never delivered. They did give me a bullshit reason! No heads up no apology. Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers of their website for delivery in their specified delivery time. The flowers that were delivered where not what I ordered, they were much smaller. They were also wilted when they were delivered at 10:45 pm the next day waking up an elderly couple that was also grieving.

I ordered flowers for a funeral only to get an email two days before they were to be delivered that due to a supply problem, they had to cancel my order. No phone call or replacement flowers offered!

They canceled my order of flowers for a funeral in the middle of the night the day of the family funeral, and said they didn’t have the flowers. No alternative, no referral just too bad, so sad. Good thing they weren’t standing in front of me. They stink, beware
