Never use this vendor. My order was delivered 3 days late and they look nothing like the flowers I ordered. These people lie...and lie....and you are still billed at their very high prices They tack in $20 as a service charge!!! This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! Never, never use this vendor!

I ordered flower for my anniversary - I provided my phone number, email and address. My flowers never arrived. No phone call, no email - nothing. I noticed my money had been refunded the day after I ordered. If I knew there was a problem I could have made other arrangements. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered flowers and they sent houseplants to my friend who just lost her husband. This is a SCAM!

Do not order from this company. I specifically asked if this was an actual, local store or a wire service when I called. I was told it was a local store. I told them I didn’t want to order from a wire service, & they assured me I wasn’t. I found out later they lied! I ordered lavender roses. It showed they were in stock on their website, but evidently, they weren’t, because they sent red roses instead, without calling me to ask if they could substitute. I ordered lavender because they were my best friend’s favorite color. She had just survived stage-4 cancer & was declared cancer-free. She doesn’t like the color red at all, so I was upset they sent red & called the company. They told me I couldn’t speak to anyone about a refund or for the correct flowers to be sent because everything is done by e-mail, so she told me to e-mail them, which I did. Long story short… I kept receiving the runaround that they were doing an “investigation” & would notify me when their investigation was done. That was a month ago! Have never heard anything since! An “investigation” of what? They sent the wrong flowers & don’t want to make it right! They also lied about being a local flower shop. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

The only reason they got one star is because they answered the phone. Took my order. Took my American Express card. The. Minutes later texted that they could not fulfill the order and I round get a refund in 3-5 days. Scam. Do not use them. They get your money

I placed an order on 9/16/2026. I was told it would be delivered on the 17th and it wasn't. Then they said the 18th. I called them in the afternoon and they said it was delivered successfully. I called the person being delivered to and she said she never received it. I am getting a refund. Update on the next day. Flowers were delivered to wrong address. Had to go and get them at wrong address. A stuffed bear was included in the order but was not delivered and was paid for. This delivery was for a very special woman and was so screwed up. It made me look bad to her even though she doesn't blame me. My mother had a florist business and never had this problem. I am infuriated and will never recommend this business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a local flower company to send a thank you bouquet to. I asked the operator if she was local since the connection sounded like an out of country call center but I was assured they were the local shop and she even "checked the cooler" to see what they had that was fresh. It delivered 3 days late and only after I complained and then by a different company. This place is a scam!

Called twice to ensure delivery would take place early afternoon. Cannot provide update for order, stated they would call back and keep me posted...completely lied, never received call back. Attempted to cancel and they would not allow it so to sum my experience up in one word, HORRIBLE! Do not use this company! ...oh...was completely surprised to see all the horrible reviews (my fault, should have reviewed first) or arrangements not resembling what was ordered or not being delivered at all. Save your time, just pull out $100, light it on fire...same experience as if you actually placed the order.

They discriminately decide who they want to deliver to. I had an order cancelled and then they told me that they couldn't deliver any flower. Really???? A flower shop without flowers. Avoid at all costs.

STOP and NEVER Order from this SCAM organization that posed as a florist. They take your money and deliver pathetic and pitiful products. Please share this widely to protect others from their criminal activities!

I ordered for a Flower Bouquet, It's pretty and florist I talked is so nice and helpful, I will recomment this shop. 5stars for me. I will order again for 18th birthday of my daughter.

I wouldn't even give this one star! Worst ever! They show pics of beautiful arrangements, but NONE OF THEM are valuable. And if you DO happen to find one that appears available, they take your card number and don't deliver! Speaking to them is not any better because the representatives have thick accents. They give generic explanations for their non-delivered product, promise to do an investigation, and then STILL don't deliver. DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. They also lie about the locations of their brick and mortar establishments. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered sympathy flowers for the passing of my cousin to family out of state . I never got an email confirmation or invoice was expensive flowers. When they arrived vase was broken flowers were thrown on flower arrangement was nothing like I ordered. I called immediately next morning they gave me run around. They claimed they can’t send a new bouquet I was emailing back and forth. So in conclusion they are a scam … never again …. I will I use them . Awful during this difficult time they do this !!!

I wouldn’t even rate a one star,ordered flowers for a memorial 3 days ahead of delivery. Mother of the person who passed away called and said they ever got the flowers I sent. I called flowers by Eva and they said my order was canceled because of a supply line problem.
I asked them why they didn’t call me so that I could order from somewhere else. All they said was sorry. Terrible business!

If you are looking for timely updates, professional responses to basic questions, delivery confirmation and any assurance that you your concerns are addressed; then you should not use this site.
The florist is advertised as a local shop, but the person that I finally spoke to had no knowledge of what I was referring to. Anyone from the area would know these local landmarks.
I placed an order to be delivered to a local well known funeral home. I asked family members if they received the arrangements but no one could locate it. I then sent an email to request a refund. The response was that it was delivered and look forward to my next purchase order. I guess I’ll have to take this experience as a lesson learned!

How did I miss the reviews before I ordered? I got a very substandard bouquet delivered with no water. The arrangement did not resemble the description and photo online. Instead I got a skimpy bouquet with only the least expensive flowers substituted for the varieties described.

Ordered flowers by eva paid 85.00 dollars what was sent not even close to what I ordered called and text sent copy of order picture of what I ordered and picture of delivery. The only thing they did was nothing DO NOT BY FLOWERS BY EVA. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL

I wouldn’t rate them with one star. Placed order for our daughter’s birthday and when I checked later during the day, they were never delivered. When I called them, they claimed they emailed me and I never received an email. Apparently they said they couldn’t fulfill the order AFTER they processed the order. Wish I had checked reviews beforehand! Plus they said our payment was refunded; guess what, it was not! They are a scam and definitely need to be avoided!!

When an arrangement is called, "Enchanted Rose Garden Bouquet (Deluxe)," one would logically expect roses to be the star of the arrangement! When I confronted the company, I received a boilerplate response claiming their "right to substitute." Substitution policy aside, delivering an arrangement of such poor quality is unacceptable. Had I checked your online reviews beforehand, I would have avoided ordering from this company altogether. (Too bad I can't attach photos, I know everyone would see that I'm not exaggerating).
