If I could make it zero I would. The company uses bait and switch practices. Calling an on-line arrangement deluxe and it ends up looking straggly and very poorly arranged. Do not use them!!
They tried to hide behind substitution policy but that wasn’t even close to the issue.

Timing is very important when it comes to anniversaries. I ordered them on a Monday to be delivered Thursday and they were day late.

I ordered online flowers for my mother in law. I selected the bouquet I wanted and I upgraded to purchase the higher tier quality that said flowers "AS SHOWN" in the image. It said free same day delivery, however I was charged $20 "service fee". The flowers delivered were not even close to the quality I had ordered and was shown online. Shame on them. I paid $80 for flowers that don't even look worth $30. They offered me $10 back when I complained. They didn't even add the BOW that was supposed to be on the vase. If I could post the pictures, I would!

Couldn't give a zero rating. The flowers got delivered to the wrong address. Flowers by Eva said they couldn't do anything because their system showed the flowers were delivered. Filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully, that will work. Do not order flowers from this company.

I was ordering flowers to be delivered to a small town in Oregon. Although it did sound like a call center I asked if they were actually located in the town. Twice they assured me that yes they are located there. I asked how they could possibly offer that variety of flowers and they assured me that their delivery comes at 6:30 in the morning and they would have them out that day. The next morning at 6:30 I received an email saying they were unable to fill my order and will send me a refund. This is a total scam and they are at third party online business! I found out too late.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a premium Deluxe flower arrangement, the price was listed as $69.99 but I was charged three times on my card for $90 for what was supposed to be a lush, vibrant bouquet shown on their website. The actual flowers delivered were nothing like the picture and were just a small, sad handful of dying grocery-store scraps shoved into a cheap cardboard wrap.

There's no worst company I can think of, They promised the same day delivery and wouldn't provide an order number or even pick ups the phone. I spent five hours on the $100 order and was promised that someone will call me back but of course no one ever did. My day and the anniversary was totally ruined. I wished I read the reviews before contacting this outfit. I don't understand how they're allowed too run their scam with no impunity.

This place is not a legitimate business, do NOT order from them. I wish I could give zero stars. I chose this company for its location and price point. They claimed they are located in Marietta and my friend lives there, so I ordered a bouquet to send her after her husband passed away. The order never arrived, in spite of my repeated phone calls and on the last call they told me they had canceled the order, even though I asked them to deliver them by the end of day. Garbage business. STAY AWAY from them!

ordered birthday flowers for someone special , paid additional fee for next day delivery, I reached out the day of delivery, and they stated flowers are in route, flowers never got delivered, I was never notified, I reached out to see what happened and same thing as other reviews they replied with the "supply issues" this place is a scam DO NOT USE! Never use this vendor. My order was delivered 3 days late and they look nothing like the flowers I ordered. These people lie...and lie....and you are still billed at their very high prices They tack in $20 as a service charge!!! This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! Never, never use this vendor!

I ordered flower for my anniversary - I provided my phone number, email and address. My flowers never arrived. No phone call, no email - nothing. I noticed my money had been refunded the day after I ordered. If I knew there was a problem I could have made other arrangements. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered flowers and they sent houseplants to my friend who just lost her husband. This is a SCAM!

Do not order from this company. I specifically asked if this was an actual, local store or a wire service when I called. I was told it was a local store. I told them I didn’t want to order from a wire service, & they assured me I wasn’t. I found out later they lied! I ordered lavender roses. It showed they were in stock on their website, but evidently, they weren’t, because they sent red roses instead, without calling me to ask if they could substitute. I ordered lavender because they were my best friend’s favorite color. She had just survived stage-4 cancer & was declared cancer-free. She doesn’t like the color red at all, so I was upset they sent red & called the company. They told me I couldn’t speak to anyone about a refund or for the correct flowers to be sent because everything is done by e-mail, so she told me to e-mail them, which I did. Long story short… I kept receiving the runaround that they were doing an “investigation” & would notify me when their investigation was done. That was a month ago! Have never heard anything since! An “investigation” of what? They sent the wrong flowers & don’t want to make it right! They also lied about being a local flower shop. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

The only reason they got one star is because they answered the phone. Took my order. Took my American Express card. The. Minutes later texted that they could not fulfill the order and I round get a refund in 3-5 days. Scam. Do not use them. They get your money

I placed an order on 9/16/2026. I was told it would be delivered on the 17th and it wasn't. Then they said the 18th. I called them in the afternoon and they said it was delivered successfully. I called the person being delivered to and she said she never received it. I am getting a refund. Update on the next day. Flowers were delivered to wrong address. Had to go and get them at wrong address. A stuffed bear was included in the order but was not delivered and was paid for. This delivery was for a very special woman and was so screwed up. It made me look bad to her even though she doesn't blame me. My mother had a florist business and never had this problem. I am infuriated and will never recommend this business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a local flower company to send a thank you bouquet to. I asked the operator if she was local since the connection sounded like an out of country call center but I was assured they were the local shop and she even "checked the cooler" to see what they had that was fresh. It delivered 3 days late and only after I complained and then by a different company. This place is a scam!

Called twice to ensure delivery would take place early afternoon. Cannot provide update for order, stated they would call back and keep me posted...completely lied, never received call back. Attempted to cancel and they would not allow it so to sum my experience up in one word, HORRIBLE! Do not use this company! ...oh...was completely surprised to see all the horrible reviews (my fault, should have reviewed first) or arrangements not resembling what was ordered or not being delivered at all. Save your time, just pull out $100, light it on fire...same experience as if you actually placed the order.

They discriminately decide who they want to deliver to. I had an order cancelled and then they told me that they couldn't deliver any flower. Really???? A flower shop without flowers. Avoid at all costs.

STOP and NEVER Order from this SCAM organization that posed as a florist. They take your money and deliver pathetic and pitiful products. Please share this widely to protect others from their criminal activities!
