Was in a hurry to order flowers for my nephew’s funeral so didn’t research Flowers by Eva. Wasted $180 for a small peace lily that was supposed to be $60 basket of mixed live plants and a small arrangement of white flowers they charged $80 for. It was half the size of the $70 arrangement on their website. The card was written by a 3rd grader on wrinkled blue cardstock. And they were late. Flowers were left on the back stairs. We wouldn’t have found them except they were near the restrooms. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

If I could rate a negative 100 I would- Flowers ordered never delivered- then the business lied and said “flowers were delivered in the recipient hands” - When I told them the recipient was not home at the time they claimed delivery was made I got crickets- I asked for proof delivery and of course never heard back - this is a criminal scam - Do not use this florist

Flowers by Eva are terrible. The flowers that showed up looked nothing like what was pictured. They were poor quality and very much smaller in quantity. A huge disappointment and waste of $150 for a “premium” arrangement. Customer service did nothing to rectify the problem.

I ordered an arrangement of roses and stargazer lillies for my wife's birthday which I have done every birthday since I've known her. I should have known better as soon as I realized my call was transferred to a foreign call center. Imagine my disappointment when it became apparent that the arrangement had been sent from Tom Thumb and not from the personalized local service florist promised in the website. To add insult to injury there was not a single stargazer lily in the arrangement (her favorites) and what I specifically asked for. I think the entire website should be removed from the internet as a scam.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The flowers that were delivered late in the day did not resemble the flowers depicted on their website in any way shape or form. They offered a $20 refund when I complained. So insulting given the bedraggled bouquet that was delivered. Stay away.

promised delivery, and did not come through. I wish i would have stopped by this site first to see how bad all the reviews all were. Funerals are timely, and their flowers were not. Do not trust them or give them your money.

I recently ordered a bouquet and upgraded the size for my daughter. In-law. What arrived bore no resemblance to what I had ordered online, completely different flowers, different colors, and even the vase was different. I've gotten no satisfaction from the company, and I would highly recommend people avoid this call center florist. It is not your local florist.

I paid $ 125 to have flowers delivered to my son for his birthday. He sent me a picture when the flowers arrived and I was embarrassed. The arrangement had no balance, had some yellow flowers, a couple of red blooms and, surprisingly, a cheap-looking blue bow that did not relate to the arrangement at all.

Never use this company! Business associates of mine's father died on Saturday. First thing Monday morning I irdered arrangement for funeral on Tuesday at 10. Asked if they were sure they could deliver. Answer: Yes
Are you physically located in Mabank? yes.
At 930 Tuesday they called and said they couldn't fill my order. 30 minutes before funeral started. Lying bastards left me no time to make another purchase. Worst service ever. Never use them!

I would rate this vendor as zero, but I’m not allowed. I ordered flowers to commemorate a death for delivery on a specific date two days after the order. Even though the website pledges “same day delivery,” they insisted they could not meet the specified delivery date. I don’t know how you can pledge same day delivery and then insist you cannot do “two days later” delivery.

This is an addition negative review: Today, they told me delivery occurred at 11:07 a.m. It did not. They then asked me to confirm the delivery address, which was the address they provided with the order confirmation. They lied about providing same day delivery and then lied about the delivery occurring. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. Believe the reviews. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. I am so disappointed I did not read the reviews before I placed my order. There is no circumstance under which anyone should do business with this vendor.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I sure wish I had looked at reviews prior to ordering flowers! I ordered flowers first thing this past Friday morning to be sent to my daughter for National Daughters Day. I selected same day delivery and paid over $100 for a bouquet and small teddy bear. By 7pm, they still hadn't arrived so I called and they promised me the delivery would happen in the next few hours. By the following morning, still no delivery so I called back and was told they had been delivered the night before and they would reach out to their delivery team to obtain a confirmation photo of the delivery. By 4pm that afternoon, still no delivery and zero communication from the flower shop! I called back again and was told they were opening an investigation and should get back to me in the next 1-2 days! What?? They never offered to refund my money, never offered to send out another bouquet right away, nothing! Even when I requested a refund or replacement delivery I was told they couldn't do anything until the investigation was complete. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and hopefully am letting everyone else know not to do business with Flowers by Eva! These people are crooks and will take your money!

This is not a legitimate floral shop! I ordered flowers for my brother’s memorial service 4 days before and they assured me that they would be at the church by 10 am. The service started at 10:30. They did not arrive and now they are saying they have to contact delivery person to verify and won’t credit me. I was there! The flowers were not. Very sad and frustrating! Save yourself the heartache….dont order from them!

The florist in Salina Kansas, Flowers by Eva is pathetic! I am from New Mexico and ordered flowers for a funeral 5 days ahead of time. The emailed me they day that the delivery was supposed to happen and said, sorry, they are out of inventory! They could have contacted me earlier so that I could have made other arrangements.

This website is a scam! I ordered flowers that were never delivered. Almost $100.00 flower arrangement. Twice I called their customer service line and they just told me they would be looking into it. Nothing was ever done nor did they offer to send me a refund. Save yourself a headache and getting robbed. DONT order from flowers by eva!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FLOWERS!! Do NOT use this florist. I spent near $100 for what ended up being the most pitiful arrangement that dried up and died within 48 hours. I reached out to see if they would either send a new arrangement or refund me and I didn’t even get an apology. I was told someone would look into it and then was completely ghosted. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They have zero interest in customer satisfaction.

If I could make it zero I would. The company uses bait and switch practices. Calling an on-line arrangement deluxe and it ends up looking straggly and very poorly arranged. Do not use them!!
They tried to hide behind substitution policy but that wasn’t even close to the issue.

Timing is very important when it comes to anniversaries. I ordered them on a Monday to be delivered Thursday and they were day late.

I ordered online flowers for my mother in law. I selected the bouquet I wanted and I upgraded to purchase the higher tier quality that said flowers "AS SHOWN" in the image. It said free same day delivery, however I was charged $20 "service fee". The flowers delivered were not even close to the quality I had ordered and was shown online. Shame on them. I paid $80 for flowers that don't even look worth $30. They offered me $10 back when I complained. They didn't even add the BOW that was supposed to be on the vase. If I could post the pictures, I would!

Couldn't give a zero rating. The flowers got delivered to the wrong address. Flowers by Eva said they couldn't do anything because their system showed the flowers were delivered. Filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully, that will work. Do not order flowers from this company.

I was ordering flowers to be delivered to a small town in Oregon. Although it did sound like a call center I asked if they were actually located in the town. Twice they assured me that yes they are located there. I asked how they could possibly offer that variety of flowers and they assured me that their delivery comes at 6:30 in the morning and they would have them out that day. The next morning at 6:30 I received an email saying they were unable to fill my order and will send me a refund. This is a total scam and they are at third party online business! I found out too late.
