FMG Nottingham we’re really helpful. They kept me informed throughout, did a great repair job and even valeted my car before I collected it. Michelle in the office was brilliant.

Absolutely atrocious in every regard. Failed to repair the car properly, caused various delays spanning weeks leaving us without access to the car, non-existent communication, attempted to overcharge.. The list goes on. Now with the Financial Ombudsmen for resolution. AVOID.

My car was uplifted and returned by low loader , the driver was very efficient and pleasant. This was completed within the timescale as arranged. My car was very clean, valeted and the repair work well done.

The body work repairs are great, such a shame you left the interior of my car in a worse condition than I left it especially given it’s cream interior so you would have thought that you would have removed all the dirty marks off before handover! Such a shame FMG Grimsby

I have just received my car back from FMG Hereford and can honestly say I am beyond delighted with the repair work done. Right from the start Tracy was absolutely amazing telling me what the protocol was in a very kind and efficient way. John who collected/delivered my car bringing me a brand new courtesy car was lovely and very thorough in making sure I was really happy understanding the new one. The lads in the workshop have excelled in their craftsmanship because it looks smarter than when I actually bought it. They also went above and beyond to get it back to me quicker than I could have imagined. The whole team were absolutely superb from start to finish and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much to Tracy for all the lovely updates and also to John for making the whole experience go so smoothly. Absolutely first class!

FMG in Cardiff were absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. The communication throughout was fantastic, and the estimation team were brilliant.

A special mention has to go to Brian, who was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood every step of the repair process. It really made a difference knowing exactly what was happening and why.

The repair itself has been completed to such a high standard. You can genuinely see the care and attention to detail that has gone into the work.

Having an accident just before planning to pack your entire life up and leave the country wasn’t exactly ideal…FMG however were INCREDIBLE! From the reception staff that were always welcoming, supportive and kind to the damage assessment with Dale, who reassured me at every step and helped ensure I was able to collect my car and not miss my flight, to the guys behind the scenes that fixed my car beautifully and even valeted it! You are all my hero’s! THANK YOU!

I sent my Hyundai Ionic 5 for repair on June 15 and received it back on August 20. I had expected it back on June 20 I felt the communications from the Hull branch were inadequate and I never had any indication when it would be back. The courtesy car offered was totally inadequate and so eventually had to get a loan vehicle from my insurance company which was a Citroen C3 which wasn’t ideal and was a long way from a like for like replacement. I had delayed getting a loan vehicle as I expected my own car back which didn’t materialised
All in all not a great service

Insurance [3rd party had admitted liability, and FMG were their insurers local repair centre] repair of number of panels on car [Audi Q5]
FMG contact was immediate, and information relayed describing each stage, from quote preparation, quote submission, quote approval, likely timescale for work to be completed [7-10 working days], notification of when parts had arrived etc. Car left with FMG for repair, again with regular updates of progress. Notification that car was ready - FMG provided drop off service of car to home address. Car inspected [Monday afternoon] and appeared all good, however, later on the following day noticed small [almost insignificant] mis-alignment of panel between door sill and & wheel arch panel. Contacted FMG on Wednesday morning, and by 10am that day remedial repair was completed.
Delighted with service and repairs completed by FMG. Particular mention to Hannah for regular updates.

After 5 weeks of waiting my car was returned without a gear selector. So my car is still not drivable . How did it pass Quality Inspection? Why have they decided that all the body work needed doing but the gear selector didn’t?? How did they think I would feel? And after phoning them I can assure you- they didn’t care. Highly recommend you give them a miss

Once again FMG in Plymouth, Devon had to repair my Lexus RC after someone damaged the car while I was parked! But the third party admitted liability.
My car was returned in as new condition, superb workmanship and perfect matching of my sonic red paintwork.
