The picture frame was perfect, being able to becide plastic thickness and other things was brilliant and money savings. Will come back happily

Don’t waste your money on these cheap tatty looking picture frames. They are basically MDF with oak looking plastic ironed or glued on. As if that isn’t bad enough the cut edges are jagged and ill... Voir plus
Purchased a white, square frame. Dimensions are perfect, frame is good quality and great value. It also arrived quickly and well packaged. Very happy either way purchase and will buy from you again.... Voir plus
I was disappointed with the clips. On opening, two were twisted, which couldn’t be used at all. The remaining clips didn’t seem to fit that well, they were loose and kept falling out! I felt the curv... Voir plus

Never recieved the product
Never recieved the product, tried contacting a few times after giving them two weeks after the delivery date. Never got a response. No idea if this is legit or not. So try find your frame needs elsewhere would avoid

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a frame April time...said it'd be delivered in June. Nothing has ever arrived and my request for a refund has had no response. In the meantime I'm getting feedback requests. Well you asked - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And I have reported them to Trading standards

Not even a star. Had used many times before with no problem however my last order they took my money and never sent product. Weeks of trying to make contact, finally got a response and they say in one message I’ll give a refund and then 3 days later another message saying please send copy of an order. They are a fraud. Do not waste your money.

Order not recieved, no customer service whatsoever
Ordered a frame at the end of June, delivery was scheduled for 4th-8th July... its now 15th August and still nothing. I've emailed several times and had no reply! I've had emails saying out for delivery but when you click tracking the courier are still waiting to recieve it, also had emails asking me to review the product & service...I can't review something I still haven't recieved.

I’ve still not received my order (now over 14 days late) and I’m am being ignored by customer services when chasing for an update. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered months ago. Never replied to my emails chasing delivery, but took my money. Got a message over a week ago saying it had been dispatched. Still not hear but this is the third email they’ve sent TODAY asking for a review. So this is the review. Do. Not. Buy. From. Here.

Not happy nothing received in over a month
Ordered these items on 14th July it’s 14th August today and still not received my items
I’ve emailed their info contact email several times no response the bot is useless too
Have had an email saying items in transit with a tracking number but when tracked Evri still say they haven’t received them
Not happy not holding out much hope that I’ll get these items as Company’s house says they were dissolved in January this year
