Impossible to register for the discount and even after a huge struggle to find the app it will not log in and keeps waiting and it's annoying but they keep promoting pizza for £5. Which is a lie and I ended up paying £15.day time rubbery in putney High Street Franco manca

I understand it is cold in Jan, but at least cut the pizza, so it can be consumed fairly quickly, before it needs to go back to the oven, also enable customer service, i have no idea how to contact you directly

Visited Franco Manca in hove on New Year’s Day and the staff were so lovely and sweet to us, having worked in hospitality myself I know stressful big holidays can be but the staff were so professional and kind absolutely could not recommend more and the food as always was amazing

Really good, quick food, recently discovered them and have enjoyed every visit. Would give 5 stars if they added a wafer or something to their ice cream, just to feel like you were getting a bit more for uour money. Definitely recommend the hazelnut cske!

Useless customer service. I’ve sent 4 emails now across almost two weeks about an issue and no reply to any of them. Disgusting service

Got caught in a lie - ‘we sent you cold food because the delivery company didn’t pick up (they did) a sent half our order cold - someone else’s unsold pizza - blamed the delivery company, blames us , anyone but them - didn’t apologise - after complaint sent a derisory sum….

Make these thieves give our full order value to a homeless charity. We will match that sum and look forward to meeting the thieves as we do so in person. #atleastthemafiaarehonestaboutstealingthefoodfeomyourchildensmouths

Six of us visited the King Street restaurant in Manchester on a Thursday evening. It was busy, but not full.
I started with a couple of ‘bites’ - the pesto chicken with sliced potatoes was nice and very tasty. The mozzarella and prosciutto board was a decent size, but really quite bland and tasteless. Like it was straight out of a supermarket plastic wrapper.
I then had sourdough Ham and Mushroom pizza, which tasted ok but looked as though it was seriously ill - pale, undercooked and cold and sloppy in the middle. My friend also ordered a pepperoni pizza - his was overcooked and burned down one side. Does your pizza oven need looking at maybe, or did we just get the trainee chef?
I also ordered a side salad with olives etc… the ingredients were nice and fresh and the salad leaves were crisp, but the oil used for the dressing (or the sun dried tomatoes) was musty, bitter and old and ruined the flavour completely.
The Montepulciano wine was probably ok, but I couldn’t taste it as it was so cold. When I asked for the two unopened bottles to be replaced with warmer, room temperature versions, I was told they were the last two bottles on the premises. Hmmm… really?
The atmosphere was ok and I know its the time of noisy Christmas office parties, but the table next to us were really loud, to the point where they were even singing football chants and banging the tables with their fists. None of the staff asked them to be quieter and by this time we couldn’t be bothered complaining.
The service was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant.
I won’t be coming back here though and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody - which is a shame because when the food was prepared properly, it was really quite nice.

Really great pizza at decent price. I had the bites starters and the meat platter which were a bit underwhelming. But the pizza was perfect!

Went to the Chichester branch on Saturday 5th October lunch time
Manager was very friendly on meeting us group of 5
We all had Pizzas , not that great not a lot of toppings very bland
The manger changed when it got busy ,after forgetting my drink she was very rude
So won’t go back

First visit was amazing - lovely pizzas, salads wine, etc, very attentive waitress. Second visit - not so. Veggie sharing platter had inedible hard cold bread 'plonked' on it. Pizzas we paid £3 extra for more pepperoni and only had 8 slices on each. Called waitress over and asked if the 8 slices included the £3 extra and she said "that's what they always look like" , pulled a face and walked away. Had to ask twice for table water that never came. Paid the £10 tip added to our £100 bill, but wasn't really happy. Las igunas next time as more consistent.

My wine was served in an unclean, small, juice glass. Apparently they don’t use wine glasses any more. I did ask. We should have left then. The water bottle and water glasses were also unclean. My husband’s veggie pizza was fine. My vegan pizza tasteless. If vegan options are advertised, perhaps try harder to make them passable. The Pizza Express next door was full, but only one other table occupied in the FM. I know why now. The waiter was nice.

I am a loyal Franco Manca eater :)
We ate in many restaurants in London as well as had some take always. We never left disappointed. Pizzas are always very tasty, apple juice and lemonade are delicious. Love it.

Fantastic pizza and great service, the restaurant in Windsor , brilliant service will definitely be coming back , delicious pizza , staff are very kind and polite!

Best part was the location on a pretty little street in Cambridge but the service was poor and the food was bland …

Poor quality of ham on pizza mostly 70% of white fat. Not for me!
