Had to send raw dough pizza back twice, only to be told by manager that is how sourdough pizza’s are made!!
Just slopped all over the plate
Had the cheek to charge for all other items we had, even though we should have had salad on the house
Too busy in restaurant dealing with tourists that couldn’t care less about bad food than dealing with returning customers
Won’t be returning again

Isabel was a splendid waitress and honoured my requests. She was extremely polite and friendly thank you! I’d definitely be coming back again

Wow always experiencing good staff and fantastic pizza....Luca the pizza boss smashed out two top notch bits of excellence this afternoon...my little person was not disappointed made a good day even better ... big cup of juice...ice cream ..thank you very much ...and serge thank you 2 ....see you next week..

Customer Service a disgrace

Lovely pizza and lovely staff at Richmond FM. Sadly the app/loyalty thing didn’t work and their wifi wasn’t working either but the food was amazing!

We were in FM Baker street. Service was horrible.

MOLLY a lovely ManMet university student made our visit to FM in the Trafford Centre special Beaming smile and excellent service from that lovely girl was much appreciated.
My wife and I have often visited King St branch and of course the good and style of environment is always excellent
We have the pizzas which are without cheese - extra chillies for my wife and red onions for me as toppings Mmm absolutely delish!
But on this occasion it’s all about Molly who must be a valuable employee if she treats every customer as she did us

went to the one in bishop stortford, service was slow and staff kept looking over at us weirdly which was very uncomfortable when eating and then my friend who has been a vegetarian for years found meat in her pizza only good thing they did was that they took that pizza off of the bill

Food and service good but and it is a significant but is the loyalty and reward app. Has not worked on the last 2 visits. May be it is a generational thing but for me FM has overcomplicated their offering, definitely the app to me comes across as a gimmick, it has been a negative customer experience,to the extent that I think it is too much hassle and stress for me to use FM again.

It has been a while we were out for dinner as a family. What a disappointment of whole experience. The pizza and service at the Greenwich restaurant were appalling. What I think might be a manager she was unpleasant and ignorant person who doesn’t have a clue how to welcome or serve customers. They were not that busy too. There were 6 other tables with people eating and we had to wait 15min before someone came and took our order for drinks and food. Then pizza was served and it was a bit hard and dry base. Not enjoyed at all and would not be coming back.

I really enjoyed our evening here in the Belsize park branch. The food was nice and tasty, we will be back for sure!

So we waited almost fifteen minutes for it to open (not a problem). We were second in the queue with a large group after us. We went in no acknowledgement, ignored and the waiter went to the large group first… suffice to say we exited as did the first couple!!!

I guess beggars can't be choosers with coeliac, but other than a very bland and cakey pizza base, it was as if cheese was being rationed. Half of the pizza was just solidly dry base only, very disappointed and think its a joke that this pizza cost around £16. I wish I could post a picture to show how obscene this pizza was.

My go to for a pizza at home!! No.1 out there!!

Simply the best Neapolitan pizza. Let me put it this way, I bought a Pizza from Berwick St, Soho and carried it with me to Reading 🤣🤣🤣.

Really impressed....good service...wonderful food and reasonably priced.
Lovely house white wine although no wine glasses! Given tumblers.
Would definetly return all 9 of us enjoyed it.

Good food but very sullen, rude waiter called Martin who upset my daughter and her friends and had a very bad attitude.
