Franco Manca Avis 

Gutted as I have had consistent great pizza and service from this restaurant and is my usual go to. However, today I received via delivery a completely random pizza that didn't even exist on the menu and had mushrooms on which I can't eat and it was slimey, cold and toppings all mushed up on delivery. I have recieved a refund via uber .... but such a shame I'm put off ordering again.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit to Franco Manca at St Paul's. My partner and I dropped by around lunchtime on Monday 1/4/24, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. However, from the moment we arrived, it was clear that this establishment fell short of our expectations.

Despite the restaurant being busy, there were empty tables clearly available. We politely requested to be seated further inside away from the draft near the front door. However, the male staff member, aged between 30-40 years old, was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. He outright refused our request, displaying an attitude that was not only unwelcoming but also disrespectful.

This treatment was a stark contrast to my previous positive experience at the Baker St branch. It's evident that the level of service and hospitality at Franco Manca, St Paul's (London) leaves much to be desired. Needless to say, I will be steering clear of this establishment in the future. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a dining experience that values its customers.

I visited their Greenwich pizzeria, Tottenham Court Road etc and every time I put the reward code in the ap it would say "this code has already been used" or "this code is over 12 months old" plus other excuses. I have six receipts that do not work. The system is something like a scam. I now no longer visit Franco Manca and happily found Pizza Pilgrim instead. If you promise a reward you should make sure it is delivered. These failures happened over six separate visits spanning six months.

I come in, and I was sitting next to a table with a guy and his wife with his kids and the guy got a pizza that he didn’t want with mushrooms the male waitress threw it in the bin and said he would make the right one but was saying cazzo in Italian and bastardo pretty rude hopefully was an aimed at the customer for a little pizza though no point to get angry maybe next time be more polite ways to customers guy looks angry hopefully they just stress from moving

i went with some friends and the waiter overcharged us by 30 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when we confronted them they REFUSED to refund the money and said we must wait two weeks for corporate to refund the money
two weeks later and guess what? NO REFUND!!!!!
NOT HAPPY will not be going again
no apologies or compensation and we even paid the service charge

I had a beautiful moment with my friend, starting with the pizza. It was best pizza we had ever eaten.
We got to meet the head Chef Gianmaria, friendly, professional and so committed to deliver the best.
I saw him coordinating the whole team with care and enthusiasm.
I have worked in services for years, so I pay attention to the staffs and make sure to talk to them, to check if they are happy. I met Lily, Sofia, Paul, Bilisia and Mounir. They are all doing their best. But are you doing your best to take care of them? Because, my friend and I saw them working really hard, as well as taking care of all customers. Please praise your staffs and make sure they have the right condition to perform their jobs. Your store need more people for sure and
Interestingly, it didn't stop them, to make our time at Franco Manca, on Saturday afternoon 23rd of March 2024, a wonderful moment.

Their website wouldn’t accept either of the cards I tried to use. Ordered directly from the Hove branch. The pizzas tasted okay but were cold and missing the extra anchovies that they had charged me for. Won’t be going back!

What can I say apart from how fantastic Lucy is!

The food was great as always but the service was incredible. Lucy made a real effort with us and made our date night extremely special. Lucy was polite, happy and unique, always engaging with us and making our eveing feel really special! Lucy is an absoloute asset to Franco Manca.

I have eaten in many many places ranging from your normal cafe to boutique restaurants and Michelin Starred establishements and I just wish there were more Lucy's at all of those places! Please don't change.

We came in for dinner for my mums birthday at broadgate circle . Our pizzas were very raw, not even warm and the toppings were barely there when we mentioned this they done them again but they came out slightly hotter but still raw. When we highlighted that to staff we were met with an attitude by the female manager. We didn’t get no apology or get asked how they could make it up to us. As soon as we checked her attitude she got defensive and rude again. We have come here a few times and have had good experiences but this time was awful and it was meant to be a nice birthday meal which was ruined by the staff. We didn’t eat our pizzas and when we were charged the full amount WITH service charge we couldn’t wait to get out of there. On this experience alone we will not be returning I wouldn’t recommend coming here on this experience we had. The staff didn’t really seem to care to be there or to provide a service.

I visited the St Paul’s branch on 14 March. The service was terrible. The waiter tried to memorise the order without writing it down and inevitably left something off the order. They were far more interested in supplying Uber eats and deliveroo orders than eat on customers.

Fantastic evening with my family at Franco manca Bromley. Great atmosphere and superb service, made to feel really special, thank you Matteo, my granddaughters love you! Thank you all!

Got the quattro cheesio wit balsamic vinegar from the Asda today. Pizza was nice, but not sure about the awld balsamic vinegar. Instead I recommend, go to Asda get the Franco manco poppin then on ye way back, go Halfords and get yeself a can of WD40 an rinse the pizza wit it. Less harsh than the balsamic vinegar our Franco provides wit the pizza.

The food was delicious and the service was great!

Visited Franco Manca on King Street Manchester this evening. Great restaurant spoiled by the fact that they do not have wine glasses. Do not know anywhere else that you have to drink your wine from a water tumbler. I noticed that if you have a beer that is served in a pint glass so cannot understand why you can’t have wine in a wine glass.

Good food, friendly atmosphere and prices.

Terrible. Ordered pizza for delivery.. half fhe toppings that were on the menu were not on the pizza when it arrived. Very poor

Went to your restaurant in Russell Square on 28/12. V poor service but good food. Complained via your website, got reply back from Erika Argiolas asking me to send copy of the bill which I did. I have heard nothing since despite sending 2 e mails to chase a response. Disappointing.
