Second Time??? This was your first order with our company. Pathetic, underhanded and very imature reaction to being embarrassed at finding your staff member signed and placed an order as an authorised member of staff, when clearly she was not. Both the call and signed order form was provided to you. Despite the matter being resolved and put down to Isabella's error, you have chosen to act vindictively - what a professional way the staff of CASTLE GREEN HOMES behave.
If you were known as another company name, then you were ANOTHER company! As this company (being a completely seperate legal entity with a new company number) you have had no previous dealings with our company. GROW UP & concentrate on your management and training skills so your staff are aware of what their resposibilities actually are, rather than behaving so vindictively immature.

After dealing with your query, it was prooved that we introduced ourselves correctly and sent an order form for consideration. YOU chose to sign and return this form, placing an order with our company - as an authorised person - clearly you were not the person of authority and this led to your manager having to send the goods back to us. At no point were we rude or manipulative. We will return the gesture of our experience with your company by leaving our own review of our experiences.

Our agents introduce themselves by name and company name. Our new business team call to inquire if you would like 4 boxes and DO NOT imply or state they are a usual supplier. Our agent also requests to speak to the person responsible for ordering. The original invoice is provided in a windowed envelope inside with the goods, which are delivered a couple of days after the order is placed. We also offer an extended 30 day return period. Our calls are recorded for quality and training and this can be verified. Please bring your query directly to Chip & Pin Supplies rather than leave a review on Franking Supplies Trustpilot.

We would like to take this opportunity to address labelling our company with the word ‘Scam’ or ‘Scammers’.

As a company we are beginning to find this ongoing and unverified accusation a clear defamation of our business and will seek advice on challenging and removing this specific label going forward. This word is thrown about care-lessly, in what seems to be a ‘sheep like’ following of previous accusations and without justification or proof.

We NEVER send unsolicited goods. Goods are only sent on an agreed order that has been made by a person that has advised they are responsible for ordering and agreed to place an order in their name. All our calls are recorded for training and quality and can be referred to on individual cases where necessary. We offer our customers a no quibble 30-day return policy. We understand that sometime errors may occur by either party and so if you have any queries regarding an order that has been placed, please contact us promptly to enable us to have the oppor-tunity to resolve any issues. If you have failed to respond to our normal invoice payment reminders, and the in-voice is 90+ days overdue and you have not responded with a query, then we will continue our normal collection processes to recover payment or return of goods. This is the same for any company.

The very nature of part of our business is, as with all telephone sales companies, subject to high criticism and for this reason we take all complaints seriously and of course expect some negativity regarding feedback from time to time. We have been trading for over 20 years and serve around 40 thousand customers, of which we have many regular and valued customers. We are mindful of the fact that customers generally take the time to leave a review when they are disgruntled with a service, rather than praise.
