Fruidel approached us at the right time…
Fruidel approached us at the right time and we have been using them for fruit baskets and milk for the last 3 weeks now - this has gone down a treat with the staff - fresh fruit 3 days a week , with the potential to increase and fresh milk twice weekly!!! Our regular weekly driver, Andrew is very polite, professional and accommodating and Light & Wonder are more than happy with every aspect of this service !!
Our Account Manager Daniel Edleston is brilliant, he contacts us regular to check on things and if he can help in any other way. I have amended my order quite a few times and nothing is ever a problem or issue!! Top Class Service

Great service
Had a bit of a rocky start but that was soon smoothed out by a very helpful account manager Daniel. He took time to listen to my concerns and make the right adjustments to the account and deliveries. We had amazing feedback on fruit quality and I am pleased I moved over to Fruidel when I did. Thank you!

Cancelling with this company is…
Cancelling with this company is unnecessarily difficult. Despite sending multiple emails to confirm our cancellation, we were told by Daniel that we must also schedule a call just to process it.
We had originally planned to return once the items we wanted were back in stock, but after experiencing such a drawn-out, sales-driven cancellation process, we won’t be coming back.

We did receive and acknowledge your request by email, and Daniel’s follow-up call was only intended to open up a conversation on how we might improve our service — never to delay or complicate the process. We appreciate that this may not have come across as intended, and we apologise if it added to the frustration.
To clarify, a phone call isn’t required to cancel with us. While we sometimes offer a call to better understand the reasons behind cancellations and see where we can improve, we completely understand that many customers prefer to keep things simple over email. We’re reviewing our process to make sure cancellations are always clear and straightforward.

Reliable, Fresh, and Friendly Office Deliveries
We’ve been using Fruidel to deliver fruit and milk to our office, and we couldn’t be happier. The fruit is always fresh and beautifully presented in a wicker hamper. Deliveries are consistently on time, which makes planning our office snacks completely hassle-free.
Their customer service is outstanding- nothing is ever too much trouble for our Client Success Manager, Daniel Edleston. He is always on hand to answer any queries, and we had one small issue (with one of their suppliers, not Fruidel themselves) that was resolved quickly with an impressively fast response. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.
Beyond reliability and freshness, we appreciate the little touches, like friendly communication and flexibility when we’ve needed to adjust our order. It’s rare to find a service that consistently goes above and beyond, and Fruidel does exactly that. Highly recommended for any office looking for top-quality, convenient deliveries!
