I ordered the Dalmore "Genuine Leather"…
I ordered the Dalmore "Genuine Leather" sofa set, but what arrived was clearly cheap imitation leather and nothing like the listing. I refused the delivery. When I asked for a genuine leather replacement, they insisted the sofa was genuine. They then withheld £150 from my refund and pressured me to accept it, even though the problem was caused by their own description.
Misleading product descriptions and a refusal to admit the error. Buyer beware.

LOVING IT!!!
Received my delivery spot on time. The driver took great care with it, really nice guys. The colour Caramel is beautiful and my 3 settees looking great in my living room, you can tell they are real leather, and well made. Great company, so good luck for future. I would recommend this company to everyone. Oh’ and the prices are truly competitive.

Delivery between 10am -2pm arrived at 10am. Sent an email which tracked the delivery on the morning, and a call saying they were nearby. Fantastic service, great communication and lovely 3+2 sofas.

We ordered our leather suite on a Saturday and it arrived just seven days later. The delivery men were polite, very helpful and professional. The quality of the suite is more than we expected for the very reasonable price compared to a lot of the better known, leading brands. Very pleased!

I ordered from Furniture Instore following reading reviews on Trust Pilot. Ordered a 3+1+1 and a footstool with a 7-10 day delivery. I received a call from a very polite and friendly consultant the following day advising it would be delivered Wednesday between 9 and 1. This company use Trackpod which is a really brilliant real time system where you can see exactly where your delivery is. not that its needed as the communication was 1st class. Evri take note!!! Received a call when they were 10 minutes out. The suite was delivered by two very helpful chaps who went out of their way to help. The suite is good, serviceable for us and looks good in our lounge. Firm to sit on and upright so good for people with a bad back. Would buy again. First class company
