After choosing my sofa
After choosing my sofa, which was the difficult part as so much choice, I was kept up to date with my order . And even though there was a slight delay on delivery I was made aware of this straight away. The delivery was within the week. No waiting 12 weeks.

The whole transaction was made easy from ordering to delivery. The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful.
The delivery chaps were absolutely the best. I have dealt with nation wide companies that came nowhere near to the team that delivered my armchair today. It was a very early delivery and they were very quiet and respectful of my neighbours. I would definitely use this company again.

The customer service with company is awesome!!
I currently live in the United States and am slowly transitioning back to the UK to live after purchasing a new property.
I had been searching online for furniture and found the perfect sofa set with this company.
I contacted Furniture Instore via email because I had so many questions about the furniture to make sure it was the correct colour and leather I was looking for.
Nothing was too much trouble,they promptly answered all my questions and even accommodated specific dates for delivery,whilst I was visiting the UK.
