Good first impression, especially for families
Good first impression, especially for families
One thing I liked straight away is the rugged design. I have a young child at home, so having something that feels more protected and durable makes a big difference.
Setup was simple and everything ran smoothly. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage also stand out for the price.
Battery life seems good so far, although I haven’t used it long enough to comment on long-term performance.
Overall, it feels like a solid, practical device, especially for everyday use or for households with kids.

Gamer review
I recently bought the Fusion5 Windows Tablet for my son, who is a huge little gamer, i couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I was looking for something more affordable but still quality and this tablet is it! The graphics are awesome and my son keeps saying how like smooth everything looks when he’s playing his games. He’s been using it every day!

This tablet's an absolute joke
This tablet's an absolute joke. There's a two or three second delay between every button push. You can't put it to sleep and restart it literally have to force shut it down to bring it back. Not to mention windows apps are pretty poor but I can't blame the tablet for that. However I can blame the manufacturers for building a device with damn near no RAM creating something that is so underpowered trying to watch a YouTube video results in repeated freezes and stutters. This is not a tablet this is a coaster.

Hello Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, and we're truly sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your Fusion5 tablet.
We completely understand your frustration, and we want to assure you that what you've described is highly unusual. The symptoms you're experiencing — significant input delays, inability to sleep and wake correctly, and video playback stuttering — are not representative of the performance our tablets are designed and tested to deliver, and we'd very much like to get to the bottom of this for you.
In many cases, these kinds of issues can be caused by a software or configuration issue rather than the hardware itself, such as background processes consuming resources, a Windows update pending, or a driver conflict. We would hate for you to continue experiencing this without us at least investigating whether it can be resolved.
Would you be willing to let us look into this further? If you could share the model name or serial number from the back of the device along with your order details with our support team at eve@fusion5store.com, we'll get someone to look at this as a priority and advise on the best course of action —
We appreciate your patience and we'd genuinely like the chance to put this right for you.

The keyboard case
The case with keyboard is a good case as I use it. It’s thin and light weight and the design is good but wish it had a different mounting for the tablet to be more secured and more viewable angles would be a nice touch. But overall all its a good case.

Hello Rod,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate you outlining your experience with the keyboard case.
We understand your comments regarding the attachment mechanism and viewing angles. The current design is intended primarily for stable, desk-based use via the docking connection, and we recognise that this may not provide the level of flexibility or support some users prefer—particularly when working on the move. Your suggestion regarding magnets or a firmer backing is noted, and feedback like this is valuable as we continue to review and improve our product designs.
We’re pleased to hear that the keyboard itself is performing well, but we’re sorry that the overall case design has not met your expectations. If you would like to discuss this further, we would be happy to explore possible solutions with you.
Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us improve
