Delivery failed ( twice ) and was RTS.
The item was out of stock when enquired about a new delivery date.
Cash was swiftly returned. Correspondence was good from the seller. I think using a different courier would benefit the seller.

Review on flat-pack shed
We were amazed how quickly the shed was delivered. I thought that the instructions that accompanied the shed were very good and all parts were labelled very well and correlated well to the instructions. To put in context, I am more 'have a go' type person and I was able to put the shed together. Three tips, 1) check you have all parts before you start, 2) read the instructions cover to cover and 3) spend time on getting the doors correct - that the fiddliest bit for me.

Great service
Sadly the item was not fit for the purpose that I needed it for. I did leave a review as I was unable to get through regarding the returns process and they immediately contacted me back offering a solution so that that the matter was resolved . Will look on the website to purchase an alternative .

I've had to force a chargeback due to an undelivered item and their non-existant customer service.

I love the product which was a second…
I love the product which was a second order of the same thing because I found it useful. I had need of customer service which was very kind and attentive. I just wish they wouldn’t use Evri as a courier in my area. But I’m very happy with Garden Sanctuary themselves.

This hob cover/chopping board is ideal…
This hob cover/chopping board is ideal for protecting my induction hob. There are different types available but I wanted something a bit different. This bamboo cover was the exact size I needed.
Solidly constructed and well finished. The four pads on the base stops any movement.

Sturdy Unit
It is a very sturdy unit, but was a little fiddly in parts to assembly. Good quality wood and well made. Fire is great with lots of light options - the lighting strips underneath could have been slightly longer, as it gives out pools of light and not a uniform light effect. Delivery was quick except we were never told this was going to be two deliveries

Very Happy, Just what we needed.
Shed just as expected / hoped. Assembly takes two people and some slow reading of instructions but all pieces and fixings supplied, no issues, and very pleased with the finished result.
Supply of 2 pairs of gloves was a very nice touch and useful.
Delivery was quicker than advertised as well :)
Would recommend.

Great simple book shelf
I bought a book shelf for a very reasonable price. It went together very easily and doesn't look bad at all considering how cheap it was. I liked it that much I ordered a 2nd one
