The yearly on time reminders. The prompt turn around once the job offer gas been accepted as well as discounts offered is second to none that I know.

HAS SAFE CERT

Guy initially said could not do gas safe cert for 2 weeks when I told him it was running out on the 17th april he rearranged and managed to get it sorted on the 16th very happy with the service will definitely use again

You should learn from the car MOT test

You should not notify your customers two months before they require a new certificate that they need one and proceed to issue one, thus the customer getting only 10 months out of a years payment. Even the government allow one to get an MOT a full month before the MOT expires.

We did send your certificate over by email yesterday, along with an explanation of how our system works. Our reminders are sent around two months in advance simply as a heads-up, so customers have plenty of time to arrange a suitable appointment. You’re always able to book the appointment for a date that works best for you, including closer to your current certificate’s expiry.

The company twice failed to find an…

The company twice failed to find an engineer to do a gas safety check., didn't inform me, and after two phone
calls arranged to refund the money. They seem to only be interested in larger jobs, not worth them coming for £65.00.
Won't be using this company again for EICR, ECP or CP12

Dishonest company - do not recommend

Impossible to get in touch with them as they take 4 days to respond to an email and nobody answers the phone.

They also try to charge a £30 cancellation fee if they can't accommodate your timings rather than actually advertising the hours that they can do.

Do not recommend using them whatsoever, they just outsource the work to local tradesmen and charge £25 margin for poor customer service.

Excellent safety check but let down by the website.

The actual safety check was fine, the engineer arrived on the appointed day having given me a text message on the day to advise of his arrival time. He then efficiently performed the safety check and all was good. The one problem I did have was on the company's website - it would not allow me to set up my account (failed to send relevant email to enable account set up) and I had to phone them in order to get my certificate. However, the agent on the phone provided my certificate within a few minutes. So that was OK.

Easy to book, reliable service

It was really easy to book an engineer - although you can't specify the day or date - we were called promptly to arrange a date / time that worked. Engineer arrived on time, was courteous and did the job with no fuss.
It would be much better of there was a portal or automated SMS service to notify us of the time and name of the engineer - but it all worked out well in the end.

Easy to deal with

I needed a gas safety certificate for my tenanted property quite urgently. I had never dealt with this company before but the whole process was made so easy. The website was easy to navigate, the customer service team were knowledgeable and friendly and the the engineer was flexible in dealing with my tenant. No complaints whatsoever

The service was outstanding

The service was outstanding. Ellis was exceptional. He made the process extremely easy and took away all the headache from start to finish.

I truly wish that other companies conducting even a similar procedure. Will defiantly be using their services again
