Repeatedly had to chase my certificate. Took over a week to finally get it after hours on hold and being transferred to numbers that never got answered.
Had new Boiler fitted 3 weeks ago Boiler firm did not supply CP12, although reminded during installation. Then quoted £180 for CP12. This seemed very high so Googled and found Gassafetycerts + fi... Voir plus

Took until the third booking!
Took until the third booking for the Engineer to arrive. Bournemouth is in the Company’s Bristol “region”, so hardly local.
After payment, I was informed the firm only do morning bookings- hardly ideal!
Far better to chose a local firm with a local, more flexible engineer!

It took long to get certificate yet when i booked I was told will get it following day
The price of the cerifixate was good. Company needs to improve on appointments. They take long..My cerificate also took long to get to me

You get what you pay for
Poor customer service.
Very hard to speak to someone over the phone or via the Chat. There should be more representatives manning these communication channels.
The service provided by the actual contractor was excellent, but as the intermediary, PropCert need to do better.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong, Gas Safety Check Carried out and after few weeks servicing carried out, the engineer who carried out servicing said that the boiler is not safe due to the gas valve in boiler and capped it off. How this is not picked up by Gas Safety engineer, if boiler is deemed danger? Hence all went wrong.
