Received defective part and cannot reach a live human being. I was told twice by live chat that I would be contacted by email and was not. I'm feeling strongly that this company is basically fraudulent.

Ordered parts that showed in stock only to receive an email a couple days later to say two items were indefinitely back ordered. We had to re-authorize our payment just in order to have these items removed from our original order. Three phone calls to customer service and a week later and still our remaining order continued to sit in the warehouse. 10 days later and still no parts, we ended up having to cancel the order, we gave up on them trying to correct their own issue. Absolutely the worst customer service we’ve experienced in our 40 years in business. Time wasted and a service vehicle down too long. Still waiting on a credit back to our card, they are very slow to respond.

A week after the order date they ask more money for the parts they sold !!! 4th sep order confirmed with full payment, one week no sign of shipment and 11th Sep they sent a mail to claim more money for the parts they sold on 4th Sep by blaming some increase of their cost and also unable to confirm the availability of the parts when i was willing to pay the extra .

i placed an order for fuel injector seals and fuel injectors and after 3 days of them processing my order they proceeded to tell me the price went up on the parts and i would have to pay the difference. that's not how you run a business i will not be buying parts from them for my business ever again. TERRIBLE.

They had the part, which local warehouses didn't. I placed the order on 8/31 and got a text later that day with ETA 9/3 - 9/4. On 9/3, I got an email saying it expected at THEIR location, not mine, on 9/7. No updates, so I reach on on 9/9 for an update - nothing. I call 9/10 and they said "it looks like it is scheduled to ship out tomorrow" and I'll get an email with tracking. We'll see..... My advice: just go to the dealership. I would have spent the extra $20 after their pricey shipping and been on the road a week ago.

What a joke GMPartsGiant is. DO NOT USE.
Price for part ordered increased after payment made. Dispatch in 1-3 businesses days is laughable.
Customer service advised my order would be dispatched on a particular day. Same day received a message saying the part would be in their warehouse and ready for dispatch in 8 days.
Any cost savings are not worth it.

Product was as advertised, no issues with items, they seem to work as intended, no complaints....good job!

No one at GMPG ever got back to me about a return that I submitted to them 6/3/2026.
I ordered a couple parts for my Chev Bolt, got a number wrong and had to re-order one of the parts.
I followed their return policy- got an RMA from them and returned the incorrect item to them in the original packaging exactly as I received it. USPS shows that they received the package 6/16/2026. I have contacted them 8 times over a 3 month period by message, chat, and phone. They initially promised a response within 1-2 business days, and later a same day response. No one from GMPG has ever gotten back to me about my return.
This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in over 50 years ordering things online and by US Mail. Check their reviews before you order from GmPartsGiant.

Quick delivery. Reasonable prices

The site was easy to navigate, the availability and pricing of the part was excellent and the shipping was quick.

Ordered a specific part for my vehicle. Checkout showed the part number being replaced by another part number while showing a picture of the exact same OEM part. Part arrived and it was NOT the correct part and did not work. Because they have a disclaimer that the part is not guaranteed to be comparable, in spite of their advertising showing the exact OEM part with the other part number, they will only take it back with a 20% restocking fee and you pay shipping. Deceptive at best. Go somewhere else!

Be extremely cautious on their 30 day return window for your core being returned to them. I bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu transaxle which was over $8300 and had a $4,000 core charge attached to the price. My mechanic finished installing the new transaxle in the car and didn’t make the 30 day window because my mechanic is extremely busy, he’s an excellent mechanic. This companies A.I. bot is sending the reply for my question on their 30 day return on the core…”or else” via their chat feature. I’m extremely disappointed that they have no wiggle room on their 30 day RMA since the bad transaxle core is ready to ship back to them and they evidently just want the extra $4000 they charged me for the core charge. Stay away from this company since they tended to drag me along via email messaging on me trying to purchase this transaxle in the first place. Thank you for not taking my core that you could rebuild and sell to some other sucker in the future since I missed my 30 day return window by 10 days, be very aware of the details with your transaction with them.

Good quality, fast shipping

The part itself is misleading. WHY would you offer or sell a fuel pump without the float? I had to go back and read the smaller print to make sure there wasn't a mistake. Yes, the pump works and has fixed my problem. Also Yes, it has caused a separate problem in that now I have watch the gallons used to see when to fill up. Just not a good look guys!
