No one else carried the part that was the correct color. It fit perfectly.

I only use genuine GM replacement parts, not parts of unknown origin and quality. Original ignition parts are especially important. The GMPartsGiants.com website helps me find to correct GM part, references related parts, and ships direct to me at competitive cost.

Part was available fair price pretty fast delivery.

I ordered the parts, they sent them, but they should have been packaged better, some damage. They sent the right parts, but GM has changed the internals, they are now junk. I won't use them.

Always has the parts I need at great prices. Ships quickly.

Where else would anyone find actual GM-sourced rear mud flaps for a 2006 Buick Rainier CXL at a fair price? 99% of sellers are pushing generic ones that are not designed to fit the precise contours of my SUV.

Shipping was fast and part was as described

Needed new TPMS's for my truck and found the factory pieces at GMPG. They were factory parts, so no worry about compatibility with my truck. Price was more than fair and the order arrived 2 days earlier than estimated.

Received my parts in just a couple days and at a good price. About 20 dollars cheaper than my local parts store.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered the part back on 8/7. No package as of today’s date. I called everyday for a week and a half only to get told “it’s processing”. Offered to pay for overnight shipping to expedite, paid the invoice and it’s now listed in “packaging”. Apparently I’m unable to get a refund on overnight shipping due to it not being their fault. 0-10 stars do not recommend.

I would not order from GMPartsGiant again.

I placed an order through their website for several GM parts that were shown as available. After the order was accepted, they contacted me about one item and said that although I ordered a quantity of 2, the manufacturer would only allow it to be purchased in a quantity of 10. There was no minimum quantity disclosed when I placed the order.

I responded to them in writing and challenged that issue. Then nothing happened.

Three days passed with no follow-up, no update, and no indication that there was another problem with the order. I finally had to call GMPartsGiant myself to find out what was going on. Only during that call did they tell me that a different part in the same order was completely discontinued and could not be supplied.

So they accepted an order for parts their website represented as available, raised an undisclosed quantity restriction after the sale, then failed to contact me for three days about a second unavailable part until I chased them down myself.

I ultimately canceled the entire order.

Parts can become unavailable or discontinued, and I understand that. What I find unacceptable is allowing customers to place orders based on inaccurate availability information and then failing to communicate promptly when there are problems.

Based on my experience, I would not rely on the availability shown on this website, and I would not order from them again.
