I inquired about a scooter and got a answer straight away and every time I asked Joul was there with the answer nothing to much trouble 5*service from bigging to the end good luck for the future all at GMS. 😄👏

Communication with Georgina was excellent. She always answered questions promptly. We could probably have sold it privately for a bit more, however selling to this company took all the hassle out of it. Once price had been agreed collection happened quickly. Within a week, (over the Christmas period) we had received payment. Thank you

From the first moment I contacted them to sell my mobility scooter and exchanging it for a powerchair their customer service and their after care have been 100% brilliant. I have been helped mostly by Joel Green with a couple of small problems but were sorted very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking to purchase ex demostration mobility scooters or power chairs to try these first.

Once I had purchased my scooter online the after care was brilliant. Joel rang me to tell me when my scooter was going to be delivered. Due to bad weather conditions delivery was delayed. Nothing was too much trouble for Joel. When my scooter arrived the delivery driver was lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble, he unpacked my scooter and put it where I wanted it to go. I can not fault the service I received. I would definitely recommend GMS Mobility and when I'm next in need of a new scooter I will be going back to GMS. Wonderful service from start to finish.

I was selling my late father’s mobility scooter. I spoke/messaged with Joel who was very professional & courteous throughout the whole process. He arranged couriers to collect it, who were also very professional & upon him receiving the scooter payment was made to me.
Such an easy & stress free experience.

arrived about 11am, nice driver, took awhile to unpack and there lo and behold was a wonderfully clean and bright vogue scooter. i had to look very hard to see if you had made a mistake and sent me a brand new one, dropped my battery box in the hole and away we went. thank you for being so helpful and understanding to this cantankerous old fart.
of course you have given me more work as i now have to make something from the plywood topped pallet it came on!!!

Excellent, amazing company. Unfortunately I had to cancel the mobility scooter before delivery. I cancelled it on Saturday/Sunday and I got the refund on Monday morning, amazing service. Thanks Georgina, well done. I will certainly use you again whenever I can.
