Great sofas, great quality, great service from Stokers Chester.

The sofa is so comfy and I love the fabric it’s very soft and tactile, the 2 tone denim colour is lovely, I would highly recommend also the USB ports for charging are so convenient

Rubbish mechanism on one chair the mechanism only half connects
On one chair it has a felt pad
On the other chair it has a plastic pad
Why are they not the same this should be added to the first review I did expect better from G plan

Suite deilvered promptly, wrapped and protected extremely well. The two men delivering our furniture were very pleasant and thorough with unwrapping the suite and taking away all packaging. Delighted with product.

Purchased the riser recliner chair through furniture village. Colour was matched to the suite I was purchasing as they don't stock riser recliner chairs for the model of sofa I purchased. While a little pricier than some places for similar type of chair. I know g plan are well made, comfy chairs and this one hasn't disappointed

We purchased a leather sofa about12 months ago. A small fault developed. We contacted G-plan and they sent a technician, Rob Green, to investigate. He came with a replacement cover, but when it was fitted the colour did not match the rest of the sofa. Rob took batch numbers and a Swatch from the sofa. He has come back today with new covers and fitted them. They are now a match. He also investigated why the footrest was making a noise when it was being raised. The cause was quickly found and resolved.
Rob has been tidy, polite, friendly at all times. The appointment was for 9.00 , Rob was on time.

A lund swivel chair had mounting problems that couldn't be easily fixed and GPlan decided to replace both chairs with Skara chairs as Lund were no longer being manufactured. I measure a company by what they do when things go wrong and GPlan certainly sorted this out. The Kingsbury sofa is perfect.

Took delivery of my G Plan sofa which as always has been made to perfection.. have always had G Plan furniture and found excellent service and excellent products.Quality outstanding

Robert Green came to look at why our G Plan reclining chair was on the wonk! Robert was quick in his assessment fixing the issue. Robert was also very polite and professional.

Absolutely fantastic service from Hannah in Customer Service. I’ve had my G Plan suite for 9 years and it’s still in perfect condition.
I contacted Hannah regarding two gas struts for my footstool, she sent out two however the parcel was damaged and one was missing. Without hesitation she sent out another one and my footstool is now as new. Thank you G Plan and Hannah in particular.

G Plan may not be the cheapest but then what you are getting is a quality product with quality after sales unlike many brands who no longer stand behind their products.

Steve came to my property last week to carry put a repair to my sofa. He arrived on time. Very respectful of myself and property and whilst carrying out the repair was very clean and tidy. Repair was done so very well. Extremely pleased with the professional service received.

Rob visited to inspect a problem with our sofa, he suggested a remedy and returned to fix it today. We are delighted with the work he carried out and the service we received.

This was a long job, 4+ hours. So having someone who was very polite, respectful and friendly makes a huge difference. He even took his shoes off to protect our carpet. This behaviour and attitude is a credit to GPlan / Parker Knoll. Thanks, Robert

The Seat is not soft hard eventually

We thought our purchase would be the last sofa we would buy.....how wrong we were.....we must admit that the company did replace the first sofa and repair the second due to failed mechanisms. looking underneath the sofa the standard is not very good....it is already failing....what they failed to tell us is that they only advise their furniture for people under, i think, 17.5 stone....we will be looking for a replacement soon.....further .....you mention the care guide which you receive when you receive the product....what is the point of that???

Bought a G Plan leather sofa, which has zipped removable arm and back cushions, in 2025. Whilst dusting it last month one of the arm cushion zipper ends came off. I reported it to where purchased from and then received a call from G Plan arranging a visit from service technician Steve Peberdy who removed the arm, returned it to the factory for zip replacement and refitted to sofa. I was impressed by the whole process from start to finish. Professional, considerate and a great job done. Thank you.

I like the settee it's very comfortable. However it was not put together properly. Also the back cushions on right hand sofa doesn't have enough foam in it.After phoning the store that we purchased it from we eventually heard from G Plan with a date early July . More than a month after delivery. We paid more money to purchase G Plan hoping that we wouldn't experience any problems. Not off to a good start
