You cannot complain about the service provided - ordered a split AC unit for my caravan on Saturday 23rd May (yes a Bank Holiday weekend). The AC was deliver on Wednesday 27th May - absolutely amazing - thank you very much. When I called in on Tuesday 26th the sales team managed my expectations - delivery is 3 - 5 days! They did it in one working day. Thank you so much.

It’s because we had a little ding and needed a part and thank goodness Grantham’s website and search process was so easy to deal with, the stress was already soaring as you can imagine.

Recently bought a used caravan from these at the Retford branch, honestly couldnt recommend them enough, looked at a few caravans and they knew everything about each one, nothing was to much. Picked our new to us caravan up at the weekend and everything was perfect, weekly updates about what was going off and to top it off a free night away with any caravan bought. Also bought a hitch cover from these and seem really good quality. Highly recommended!!!

Had some minor issues with my Van since purchasing from Grantham Retford. That said they’ve bent over backwards to find a solution in all instances and continue to do so. A great Family run firm with a special shout out to Sheila. Definitely worth a visit.
