Recently bought a used caravan from these at the Retford branch, honestly couldnt recommend them enough, looked at a few caravans and they knew everything about each one, nothing was to much. Picked our new to us caravan up at the weekend and everything was perfect, weekly updates about what was going off and to top it off a free night away with any caravan bought. Also bought a hitch cover from these and seem really good quality. Highly recommended!!!

Simple product with a simple problem that is taking weeks to resolve.
Customer support turn around of over a week between emails and then given the wrong returns label that would end up with the parcel to be returned instead sent back to me.
No apparent returns process.
