The caller was very polite and understood my issues. She went further by making a note of the hotel requirements. The call was cutting out and she hung up and called straight back.

Great organisation
So far so good. All the comms and organisation from GRJ have been seamless for the river cruise which I’ll be going on in December. I’m very excited as it looks a fabulous itinerary. The images of the Amadeus ship Amara are amazing.

Helpful & Welcoming
I phoned & was greeted by a welcoming & helpful guy. He was considerate & extremely pleasant & even searched for overnight hotel stay at LGW which now makes me feel less anxious about going alone on my holiday. The fact that it's inside the terminal makes it much easier for me knowing I'll that's where the tour manager will be meeting us. I was sceptical & nervous about doing this tour to Italy but now I can't wait.

I spoke to Paul, with questions about the Grand Tour of NZ.
He was incredibly informative, polite and helpful.
I didn't feel rushed at all.
My husband and I have now booked the Tour for 2027, over the phone. The process was easy, and very professionally handled.
