Where do I start , these people are experienced Con Artists , the prey on small businesses and mislead them into signing extortionate contracts with extremely strict terms , they have 0 customer service skills and have no care for their customers. Once they have you in their clutches they will squeeze whatever else they can out of you.

I am now stuck paying for more than £22,000 for 2 tv screen which are worth no more than £1000 in total over a 3 year period which are completely useless. When you call Grenke they apparently only have 1 representative who can take complaints which in itself is ridiculous. So when you finally get to speak to this person Caroline you are met with Angry, rude , obnoxious attitude and she doesn’t even let you finish a sentence and then hangs up.

They really do not care about the customer and their are hundreds of other people this has happened to. Clearly ruthless criminals in suits.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND KICK YOU WHILST YOUR DOWN.

My honest opinion is never use this company. They are only interested in taking money. I feel that we have been Scammed.

I'm a small business which has been badly affected by the Viewable Media Scam and Grenke the leasing Company involved with this Company are not cooperating or offering to help small businesses affected. Grenke clearly did not look into Viewable Media before going ahead with these contracts.

Awful company with strong links to pyramid scam that has affected lots of small businesses in the UK! AVOID!

Grenke taking no responsibility for fact that they were represented by VIEWBLE media representatives who under false pretences sold 100s of grenke leases To business in uk / NI . They need to listen and mediate .

I like hundreds of others have been ripped off with Viewable media.
GRENKE are heavily involved and are NOT telling the truth, they are happy to see small companies go out of business when the easiest thing to do is cancel all these so called mis-sold contracts and refund our money. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Facilitated a fraud with a media firm and are now aggressively seeking £11,000 for equipment valued at less than £2,000. Then had the cheek to phone me up and offer me a loan during this process!

Eine Unverschämtheit, dass man über Leasingsablauf nicht informiert wird und die Raten werden weiter abgebucht !!! In meinem Fall fast 2 Jahre lang... Finger weg !

Wer bei Grenke Leasing einen Vertrag abschließt sollte genau lesen was er macht automatisch Vertragsverlängerung und überteuerte Versicherungen werden dort gerne mit untergejubelt

Bin erst spät drauf gekommen das ein Leasing bereits ausgelaufen ist, wurde nicht informiert. Jetzt hatte ich die Befürchtung das meine Raten um sonst bezahlt wurden. Nach einem Telefonat (ist besser als email für die Kommunikation), wurde alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklärt.

Die Erste Kontaktaufnahme nach einer Anfrage wegen eines Liesing Angebotes war einfach nur beleidigend und Frech meine Empfindung war " kauf dir nichts, wenn du es nicht bezahlen kannst"

Dieses Unternehmen ist wirklich alles andere als seriös, nach Ablauf des Leasings wird man nicht benachrichtigt und dann verlängert sich der Zahlungsmodus sofort um weitere Monate. Zum Schluss muss man dann noch eine Summe zum Erwerb des Objektes begleichen. Da ist es doch kein Wunder, wenn dieses Unternehmen finanziell gut dasteht.

Diese Firma als Leasinggeber ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Vertragsübernahme, nicht wirklich!!!

Erst waren wir froh darüber jemanden zu finden der unsere geleaste Gastrokasse übernimmt. Der Ablauf war üblich, Kopie vom Ausweis, Kopie von der Bankkarte und der Gewerbenachweis.
Eines Tages bekamen wir einen Brief, darin die Aufforderung die offene Beträge des neuen Vertragspartner zu begleichen!! Eine Familie mit 3 Kindern, nicht selbstständig soll nun 900€ bezahlen und jeden Monat bangen ob der andere bezahlt oder nicht?!
Vertragsübernahme hätte ich da gerne erklärt bekommen!!

Wir haben von Grenke keinen Hinweis vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit erhalten. Leider sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um ein seriöses Unternehmen handelt und man einen Hinweis erhält, dass man nun die Geräte ablösen kann. Dies ist nicht geschehen und der Vertrag hat sich verlängert und es sind massive Mehrkosten entstanden.
Wir gehen davon aus, dass dies so gewollt ist, da ein Schreiben schnell versendet werden könnte. Auf Nachverhandlungen ist man nicht eingegangen. Ich kann nur abraten mit diesem Unternehmen einen Vertrag abzuschließen.
Abzocke auf höchstem Niveau!!

During the signing of the contract Grenke (Czech Republic) were amazing, with an English-speaking representative available on command. All communication via email. It was when I was unable to meet one scheduled repayment when the true face of this company began to show. Suddenly email was not a possible medium for communication, and I was at once instructed by written letter that my debt would now be taken to court. I wrote and wrote to them, but received absolutely no response. The next response I received was from their bogey lawyer in Plzen, who informed me of an exekuce.
I am in the process of fighting my case through the Better Business Ombudsman, as they clearly took advantage of my position as a foreigner, and I personally believe that Grenke offered the -very easy to obtain - debt as a growing trend in issuing credit unresponsibly and then having their lawyer partners ready in wait to collect on a much higher post-exekuce fee. I believe this is financial fraud.
