Scammers. No order arrived. I will take it to higher authorities i will make sure they pay for their scam.

They say London delivery...... misleading
It said London delivery....they let u order, debit your account then tell you they only deliver to certain areas.....why isn't your order stopped when you put your address in???? Why is your money taken 1st??????

Dear Pauline, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. However, I remember the case with your order - and our team notified you and refunded the order in less than 2 minutes after the order has been placed. We are working to roll out as fast as we can and don't want to keep your money - it is the system built up this way, but such reviews and people like you only slow us down. Every store on our website has an address and T&C displays where we can deliver or not. Regarding, why the payment is taken straight away every time - it happens because the software we used was built up this way if you have a better idea or can build a new tech - you are always welcome.

accepted order then said didn't deliver to my area despite area being listed and one local shop 10mins away. Email bounced back from mailbox. Nice idea but poor execution.

I ordered from the website and paid via …
I ordered from the website and paid via PayPal, no problems so far! I then had an email to say that they had noticed I live in an area they do not deal with currently (north west England). I'm sorry but I thought Royal Mail delivered anywhere in the country!
If they had completed my order I would have given 5 stars as it is an easy site to navigate and prices are fair.
I am awaiting PayPal refund as I write this.

Recently, i was chilling at home and i was so lazy to get some snacks, so i found out that there is a servce which delivers food at low cost and no need to order over40-60quids. This service is Grocemania. Im loving it, i swear!
