Groomie.Club represents excellent products and I am learning, additionally, excellent Customer Service. I am amidst the resolution of my Groomie shaver being replaced as it has ceased to charge.
Upon my contacting (Groomie.Club) the response and level of care was both immediate and rather charming. They requested a video as explanation and then upon agreement have moved to a quick resolution - which I am awaiting presently (I could use a shave!)
Although I am awaiting the replacement, I did not want to wait to commend the interactions transpired (to this point). Groomie.Club was very quick to respond and made the process (thus far) rewarding.

The customer service is non existent. They unknowingly rope you into a subscription service you can’t cancel. They say you can, but it directs you to customer service, who says the customer must cancel, but you can’t.

Warning Warning this company signs you…
Warning Warning this company signs you up without you knowing for auto ship of razers every 6 weeks for $30 and the shaver does not shave well at all know matter how many times you go over the area it in a circular motion it still leaves hair and what it does shave is not close I have stuble with in a few hours. I canceled the subscription and the still sent the blades and charged my card. Any company that automatically signs you up for autoship in a sneaky way is dishonest.

Beware. First off this is a subscription service disguised as shaver company. They automatically subscribe you without your consent. Then the shaver is nothing special especially the fact the its proprietary charging plug stopped working and I can’t charge the shaver after just a few months.
