I requested a change in my subscription via email and it was taken care of in under 5 minutes from the time I sent the email. This is how customer service is supposed to be

I have tried canceling my subscription a couple times so I could just order the replacements heads when I actually need them, which is not every 3, 6, or 8 weeks. Their "cancel subscription" tab in the "edit frequency" option directs you to contact customer service via e-mail to cancel the subscription. Customer service response requires you to go back to the same edit frequency tabs effectively making it an impossible loop for a customer to cancel their subscription. I have reported them as fraudulent to my credit card company and have documented my requests for cancellation. The Federal Trade Commision will be hearing about this too.

So far so good. My groomie is broken because it wasn’t shaving but pulling hair. So they say they’re going to replace a part or the entire razor….

Excellent customer service Prompt communication

scam company ,canceled in January 2026 and still been charged number of times on my credit card. when will they realise that I don't need their Chinese junk

the shaver is crap , it doesn;t work well seems to run too slow and pulls hairs out by the root instead of shaving, company is non responsive to complaints and will not cancel monthly head replacements

Their customer service is not to good for sure! I am having problems with the shaver motor and they say you have to be a member to get a lifetime warranty?
Well it hasn't eve been a year and they said just return and no one seems to know what happens after that?

The 5 head razor is complete trash. It doesn’t cut at all, and after the company giving me the runaround for over a week, they refused to send a replacement razor. They will just ignore you. Terrible product and customer service. Save your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

My product stop working correctly. I emailed the issue;sent a video and the problem was resolved.

Great Customer Service for a Great Product. Love the product and when a problem arose the response was quick, efficient, and felt like it had a personal touch. I was always going to stick with the company because of the quality and efficacy of the razor, but knowing its backed up by great customer service makes it all the better.

Dont buy from them, i tried multiple times trying to cancel the recurring subscription charge and they keep doing it. I had to call my cc to block them and they still try to auto charge i see over 30 cancelled charges. I think i have to change my cc number and everyone knows thats gonna be a hassle.

I love my groomies hair shaver. It saves me a lot of time and money sometimes I forget a few areas in the back and I walk around with spots. Make sure you get a mirror from looking behind in your head great product
